Found an old photo taken 2013 in Italy.
Its me unaware of how unhealthy I was living my life 🙁.
Circumstances made me change my lifestyle 💛
Diet is 80 % exercise is 20 %.

⭐️ no sugar, no artificial sugar
⭐️ low carb high fat
⭐️ no gluten
⭐️ avoiding bread, pasta, pizza
⭐️ organic = avoiding pesticides
⭐️ avoiding all processed food

Exercise every day, walking, jogging.
STRENGTH TRAINING 3 times/week.

My husband and I, 65 and 69 years old, choose not to be average, and that’s a lot of little choices every day.
For example;

Daily exercise 💪
Low carb Brunch & Dinner
Limiting Alcohol
Avoiding sugar
Drinking plenty of water
Spending time in the sun☀️
It’s never to late to change your lifestyle.

It’s hard but manageable to stay healthy during travels.
I do not eat breakfast but if I do I would order omelet, vegetables, meat or fish.
Always avoiding sugar, bread & orange juice. ❌ but local seasonal fruit is nice.

Dinner is always a sallad followed by meat or fish.

Staying hydrated avoiding plastic bottle water.

I start the day with a walk or jog and keep moving during the day. Skiing, swimming walking 💪 depending on where I am.
Limiting Alcohol improves my sleep & energy ♥️

Did you know that we lose 3-8 % muscle mass after the age of 30 ?

In my age we lose even more 🙁

But the good news is that it’s possible to
maintain and rebuild muscles at any age ♥️
