🥱 熬夜、过度劳累会导致心神失养、脾虚，从而引发睡眠不佳与身体吸收力下降。来一碗温润滋养的养心安神百合汤，安神养心，助眠补阴！

🥣 材料：
• 新鲜百合 2朵
• 莲子 10颗
• 红枣 10颗
• 冰糖 适量
• 清水 500 毫升

🔖 做法：
• 将所有材料洗净后放入锅中，加水煮沸
• 转小火慢炖30分钟
• 临关火前加入冰糖调味即可

🌟 Bridging East-West Healthcare for a Holistic Patient Journey! 🩺

On 12 Jun 2025, we wrapped up an enriching two-week intensive course with NUS Year 3 medical students as part of the EYS-NUS Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Elective Programme.

This annual collaboration between Eu Yan Sang and the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine continues to foster a deeper understanding of TCM among future doctors. Guided by Eu Yan Sang’s expert Physicians, the programme explored insights into the development of TCM and its role in Integrative Health, as well as Fundamental Concepts of TCM, Diagnostic Methods, Disease Etiology, TCM Body Constitutions, Application of Traditional Chinese Pharmacy and Chinese Herbal Formulae, Meridian Theory, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion and Tuina Therapy.

Our mission? To inspire curiosity about TCM and empower tomorrow’s healthcare leaders with integrated, patient-centered approaches.
