中医“宫寒”的概念,简单地说就是子宫寒冷,但是,中医的“子宫”与西医的子宫不同,它的范围要更大些,包括子宫、卵巢等多种器官的功能。宫寒会导致不孕不育,就是西医常说的排卵障碍不孕,从中医来讲就是子宫的环境不适合胎儿生长。
宫寒分先天和后天两种

饮食

运动

避寒

泡脚
把艾叶、红花、小茴放入水中烧开,待水温适合时泡脚,有暖宫散寒、活血化瘀、舒通经络的作用。
温灸
用艾条灸气海穴(肚脐正中直下1.5寸处)、关元穴(肚脐正中直下3寸处)、子宫穴(肚脐正中直下4寸处)、神阙穴(即肚脐)。于经前期用艾条每日温灸,十天为一疗程,月经来停止。在家里可用艾条箱也很方便,可以把这几个穴位全部覆盖,用艾的药力和热力暖宫寒、舒通经络。需在医生指导下使用。
暖宫食疗方
