You can’t google your back pain away.
If you google “how to get rid of lower back pain”, you will get a ton of the SAME exercises..
The issue with this is all back pain aren’t the same.
You won’t have the same:
- fitness level
- exercise experience
- lifestyle and habits
- etc
The worst thing is even after you do those exercises, your back pain got worse..
So what now?
What you can do is to seek for a professional who can:
1️⃣ Give a thorough assessment
- History taking is important to find out what might contribute to your pain
- Finding out your lifestyle, fitness levels, goals, etc
2️⃣ Implement activities based on your starting conditions
- Giving someone sedentary with little coordination a complex activity is a sure way to fail
3️⃣ Progress you to meet the demands your favourite
- Being able to run pain free requires different demands compared to carrying groceries
