This never gets old— so is reposting it.
We are over the hump of Half-year mark.. how consistent have we been?
As FierceHer coaches are also going thru life changes — yes , menopause and post-menopause as a major life-change (!)— we realize that these habits ☝️ have still remained true. The only difference is it’s not as easy to do all , all at once.
So choose the top 3 you know you’re able and willing to do for the next month. If not 3, then 2, if not 2.. select 1.. but the key is to KEEP CONSISTENT with it.
And when you’ve got it like it’s been a part of you— go and choose the next 1,2, or 3 health habit.
Our mind is stronger than we think and it may trick us to thinking we are not going to be successful— that’s negative talk we tend to listen to. Have faith in yourself that you are stronger than what you think you are.
