A reintroduction to my new and existing followers:

Hi, I’m Stephanie — Reiki practitioner, Access Bars facilitator and Life coach, and a firm believer in the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support.

My journey began when my daughter was struggling with anxiety. As a mother, I felt helpless — I wanted to do more than just manage symptoms. That search led me to Reiki in 2018. The more I practiced, the more I saw shifts — in her, in me, and in our whole family.

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help others find that same sense of calm, clarity, and balance.

Today, I support overwhelmed and stressed executives and individuals who’ve lost a sense of identity, and anyone feeling stuck — guiding them to reconnect with themselves and release what no longer serves them.

Adding to my services I became an Access Bars practitioner, offering a deeply relaxing technique that helps clear mental clutter and emotional overwhelm.

I’m also currently training as a life coach, and I’m open to working with individuals who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives — whether it’s navigating a transition, rediscovering purpose, or simply getting unstuck.

You don’t have to go through it all on your own. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly craving a sense of peace — I’m here to support you.

Lately, I’ve been getting a lot more distant Reiki bookings for teenagers— and it’s no surprise why.

Exam season is here.
With it comes pressure, stress, sleepless nights, and anxious hearts — not just for the students, but for their families too.

🌸 When hearing suddenly disappears, it’s more than just silence—it’s fear, disorientation, and uncertainty.

A client came to me after experiencing sudden hearing loss in one ear. The other ear had already been impaired since childhood. It was medically unexplained, deeply distressing, and affecting their quality of life.

We began intensive distant Reiki sessions—3 times a week for 5 weeks.

What happened next was remarkable: gradual improvement in hearing and a noticeable shift in their emotional state—from anxious and tense to calm and optimistic.

🙌 So, why did this work? - Because consistency is key.

When dealing with acute issues, the body and energy field are in a state of imbalance. Reiki supports the nervous system, boosts circulation, and promotes deep rest—conditions necessary for healing to unfold.

Sporadic sessions can bring momentary relief, but regular sessions help the body enter and stay in a healing rhythm. Just like going to the gym once won’t build muscle, one-off energy work rarely creates lasting change.
