The soothing aroma of essential oils can enhance your yoga practice and promote overall well-being. From calming the mind to energizing the body, the therapeutic properties of plant-derived oils can elevate your experience on and off the mat.

Leading by:

Esperanza Ng Josefsson (Soorya Basan Kaur)

A certified International Teaching of Kundalini Yoga since 2020. Since then she has been leading classes in Europe and the United States.

2020, she was awarded the medicine yoga instructor international certificate in 2022.

She has recently became a part of the 20 years well established Vyasa Yoga Instructor in Singapore.

She’s also a Colour/Art Therapist specialising in focusing/ concentration, memory enhancement, de-stressing, sleeping issue and self awareness.
