Your knee collapsing inward?
It’s not just a knee problem.

Knee valgus (dynamic collapse) often starts from the ground up.
Foot pronation → tibia rotates → hip loses control → knee falls inward.

This puts high stress on your ACL & MCL, increasing injury risk—especially when you squat, run, or jump.

But the real issue?
👉 Weak or poorly controlled hips
👉 Poor movement pattern
👉 Lack of neuromuscular control

This is a chain problem, not just a knee problem.

Fix the chain:
✔️ Strengthen your glutes
✔️ Improve foot stability
✔️ Retrain your movement

Don’t just push your knee out.
Learn how to control your body.
