Established since 1959, Ghim Moh Chwee Kueh has been well known for delivering freshly made traditional Chwee Kueh to their customers. Everything, from the soft and tender chwee kueh, the tasty salted "cai poh" to the spicy chilli, are prepared and cooked personally by the owners themselves. The stacked up trays of freshly made chwee kueh is a daily sight in the Ghim Moh Market. If you are in luck, you might even be able to witness the owners preparing the chwee kueh in the traditional way. So make your way down now to savour this local delicacy.
