Raw Chef Mandy, the founder of Hearty Raw Kitchen, started her raw food journey back in July 2015. She has been trained at the first raw food restaurant in Hong Kong, the Greenwood Cafe and also Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, the world’s first classically structured raw and plant-based culinary school. She has completed a few courses including Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine, Advanced Raw Cuisine, Plant-based Desserts and Advanced Raw Cuisine Equipment and Techniques both online and in person at the Matthew Kenney Academy Hua Hin. Her mission is to make a better world by introducing healthy, delicious & gorgeous raw vegan cuisine to everyone through raw food culinary workshops, demos, private consultation and recipe development. Therefore, she has created Hearty Raw Kitchen to make her dream come true. Mandy had her first pop-up stall at the 3rd Hong Kong RAW Food Festival end of October last year. The response to her yummy & healthy chocolate was overwhelming and she was invited to teach a number of chocolate workshops in Hong Kong. She was also invited to share chocolate recipe to the newly published raw food book “RAW FOOD healthy diet for a longer life”. Furthermore, she was the head chef for a 40 pax private dinner at Greenwoods Café in Hong Kong when she administered a 6-course Greek style raw food cuisine in December 2016.
