As the name suggests, Tennis Elbow is sometimes caused by playing Tennis, but any activity that puts repeated stress on the elbow joint can cause it to develop as well.

You may experience pain in the muscles near your elbow joint and it may even travel down to your forearm and wrist.

Some symptoms include pain or difficulty in gripping objects, lifting or bending your arm, twisting motions with your forearm and extending your arm fully 🤕

Some effective treatments include rest, avoiding any activity that will strain your arm and acupuncture to relieve the pain and inflammation in the tendons!
