1️⃣ Anterior Pelvic Tilt (APT) | 骨盆前倾
The "Lower Crossed Syndrome" / 下交叉综合征

Formation (形成条件):
Caused by weak abdominals and glutes, combined with tight hip flexors (iliopsoas) and lower back muscles. Often caused by prolonged sitting.
