Our Vision
To improve an individual's mental well-being and physical quality of life to an optimum level

Our Story
Co-Founder Mayne Wong researched and took up Pilates as a form of rehabilitative work due to daily stressors, mild scoliosis as well as a

neck injury suffered during a car accident 20 years ago. Upon graduating from Nanyang Polytechnic, she started basic Matwork Pilates
Ron Fletcher certification training in 2007 at Pilates Bodyworks
(Philip Street & Finlayson Green, Raffles Place) where the founder,
Alvin Giam has moved to heaven recently. Mayne has been teaching matwork since 2010 after being certified in both communities and corporate wellness. Subsequently, she completed her full studio certification in Australia, Melbourne 2015 & currently with her team of 6, she would love to encourage and help people of all populations in the rehabilitation space to speed up their recovery experience with Pilates through various classes over at Orchard Road and Macpherson Road studios. As a seasoned practitioner, it helped to strengthen her core muscles and increased her understanding of correct and better body alignment plus movements. She is passionate about sharing the method by Joseph Hubertus Pilates & Ron Fletcher which encourages individuals to understand how the secondary muscle group works together to protect the core and spine while maintaining a good posture, as well as attaining balance and control during our day-to-day busy work life.

Trainer's Profile: Mayne took up Pilates as a form of rehabilitative work due to many years of scoliosis as well as a neck injury suffered during a car accident.
