Welcome to Smiling Reiki, the world of the wonderful energy healing modality - Reiki Tummo which deals with both healing energy from the universe and Kundalini. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is believed that when one’s energy is too weak, blocked or too strong, he/she will feel lethargic, unbalanced physically or emotionally, sick or even depression. Energy Healing is to optimise the energy flow within your body. Reiki means vital energy from the universe, while Tummo is equivalent to the Sanskrit word – Kundalini. Kundalini is used to remove the knots of the major chakras, cleanse, open and develop the chakras.
