Most people focus on reps and weight…
But ignore the one thing that controls performance → REST ⏱️

Train smart:

✔️ Strength (Heavy Lifting)
Rest 2–5 min → Recover fully → Lift heavy again

✔️ Endurance (Fatigue Training)
Rest 30–60 sec → Stay under fatigue → Build stamina

✔️ Power (Explosive Training)
Rest 2–5 min → Full recovery → Maximum output

👉 Wrong rest = wrong results
👉 Right rest = faster progress
