The short answer is: it depends on who the reviewees are.

In an article we recently published, we talked about how you could go about setting up a 360-feedback review specifically for managers.

Being a manager nowadays entails so much more than just being a boss. Attributes such as being a good mentor or providing sufficient support and autonomy are also crucial in determining a manager’s effectiveness.

For example, here are some attributes you could design your questions around:
