The picture on the right is at the end of the session. Our bodies are designed to move. During the session, we release the tight muscles that inhibited our client to upright her spine. We teach her diaphragmatic breathing that allows her upper and mid-back muscles to come alive. We also mobilise her hips, and strengthen her her limbs. Most importantly, we teach her the importance of neck and shoulder mobility so that she can correct her forward head posture.

Our heads are very heavy. If we keep having our heads sticking out of our necks, it will create immense pressure on the cervical spine, subsequently affecting the entire spinal column.
