Lifting Wrong, So Back Hurts, Knees

So the back, waist, knees and feet hurt, because we often don't notice that our way of working is wrong.
So here's the right thing to do:
1. To lift the bucket.
Bad habits: Lifting a bucket of water or wet clothes is heavy.
Correct method: Divide the content of the bucket when lifting so that only half the weight of what is being carried.

Bad habit: Carrying or marketing too much weight.

Additional Tips:

To recover quickly from back pain, you must maintain the curve of your spine or back.
Follow them for 2 weeks after you feel a lot of pain in your back.
1. Sitting - If sitting is necessary it will last only 15 minutes. After that you need to stand up and walk around.
2. Sit with back support - It is necessary to have a supportive pillow on your back or a lumbar roll.
3. Keep your hips and knees at the right angle - Your thigh should be straight and the foot should be flat on the floor. If you are short, use a foot rest or stool if necessary.
4. Sit up straight. Straighten up the curved part of our back.

Many have fatty liver results based on ultrasound. Fatty liver is fat stored in the liver cells and is usually seen in the 40's and 50's.
Usually there are no symptoms but in other patients the liver enlarges, there is pain in the right side of the stomach and it is easy to get tired.
According to experts, fatty liver may be related to obesity, high blood sugar or diabetes, high triglycerides and cholesterol. Other risk factors are PCOS or Polycystic o***y syndrome, hypothyroid and other diseases.
Right food for fatty liver:
1. Eat about 2 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit per day.
2. You can eat corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, pears and cassava. Cut back on the white rice.
3. Protein is good from fish, mongo beans, meat, lean chicken, low fat milk, yogurt and soya milk.
4. Choose healthy fats such as peanuts, cashews, garbanzos and olive oil. Avoid butter or cream, mayonnaise and tallow.
5. Maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly.
6. Water is the best drink for you. Avoid sugary drinks.
