Lifting Wrong, So Back Hurts, Knees
So the back, waist, knees and feet hurt, because we often don't notice that our way of working is wrong.
So here's the right thing to do:
1. To lift the bucket.
Bad habits: Lifting a bucket of water or wet clothes is heavy.
Correct method: Divide the content of the bucket when lifting so that only half the weight of what is being carried.
2. When lifting the marketed, the back hurts.
Bad habit: Carrying or marketing too much weight.
The right way: Use a wheeled bag. Divide the weight between the left and right hands. Or bring multiple bags.
3. When planting or weeding the yard and cleaning, the back and knees hurt.
Bad habits: Crouching
Correct way: Get a low chair and sit while in the garden.
Additional Tips:
1. When reaching something high, use a long ladder or stepper or ladder.
2. Use the whole body in the action, you need a group of muscles and not just the back.
3. Use proper soft shoes such as rubber shoes. Because when the foot is hard, the heel and sole will hurt.
4. Do stretching in the morning before starting work.
5. Schedule the work, for example one day laundry, 1 day cleaning the yard. To rest the muscle you used in a task.
6. Always pay attention to correct posture, sitting and standing. Always go straight and back, don't hunch over.
