How many cups of coffee do you need to stay awake in a day?
When I was in college, I drank up to 4-5 cups a day🙈
At that time, I had no knowledge of nutrition and did not know that excessive coffee could lead to osteoporosis

Now I only use Advanced Double X multivitamin💪🏼
I can teach with full energy all day🧘🏼‍♀️
