I'm a Yoga Alliance certified instructor with over 6 years experience in yoga and meditation. I have a unique teaching style that is calming and centering, and is based on my firm grounding in meditation and mindfulness practices, and a solid understanding of classical Hatha Yoga. My classes are focused but never serious, light but never facile, strong but never demanding. I have a firm belief in the practice of Yoga being much more than just a physical exercise, and I encourage all participants to look beyond just the health benefits of any yoga class. Yoga is a priceless gift handed down through the ages and its higher purpose is to facilitate a realization of our True Self and awakening to our Higher Purpose through the purification of body, mind and spirit.

I’m thrilled to announce two upcoming yoga teacher training batches—including a NEW 21-day weekday intensive format by popular demand! 🙏
This training is for those who want to learn to teach yoga, and equally for those who wish to teach to learn.
Drawing from my experience as an ERYT-500 and years of guiding yogis from all walks of life (I fell in love with this practice back in 2008), I’ve created a comprehensive yet accessible program covering:
- Yoga philosophy
- Functional movement
- Classical hatha

Join me and for our monthly devotional singing evening on Friday June 25th 7:45pm at - a beautiful gathering where our yogi family comes together as one blessed Heart.

This round, we’re blessed to welcome , who will share his experiences of sacred Arunachala and its deep significance. We’ll sing hymns to this holy place, then stay for a complimentary potluck to continue our connection and conversation.

When I first visited Arunachala in 2008, I was moved by the profound silence of Ramana Ashram, the stillness of the holy hill, and the immense energy of Arunachaleswara temple. Come experience this sacred energy with us through song and community.

Such a joy to see so many past batch graduates joining Batch 15’s Master Sequence today. It was a joy reconnecting with all of you on the mat again. Our Yoga Teacher Training Course succeeds because it’s a community effort of past graduates supporting present students learning to serve future teachers.

My heart is overflowing with joy! ✨💫 On April 10th, two parts of my heart will come together—my cherished teachers Kirsten and Devdas from , and the beautiful community of —as we share an evening of Bhajans. These luminous souls are two of my guiding lights on this yoga journey. This sacred practice of devotional singing has been one of the most profound gifts my teachers have shared with me, and now I get to share it with you.

If you’ve been curious about how to expand your yoga practice beyond the physical, this evening offers a joyful entry into the Bhakti tradition.

As you enter Anchorpoint, you’ll walk past the front desk and be greeted by a series of processional doorways. These are made with material honesty - genuine construction grade concrete blocks - beautiful in simplicity, appropriate in function, and invite you to see perfection in the imperfect. The texture they provide the spaces engages the senses and invites you to slow down, be present, be mindful.
