Rubs tummy, "sigh๐ฎโ๐จ... time to diet..."
But think to yourself, "I didn't really eat much leh actually...๐ค Why still fat arh?"
In many past consultations with girls who want to lose weight, many of them would tell me that they would control their food intake for a period of time, trying to lose some weight. But after a few days, they would suddenly feast/snack uncontrollably.
In the long run, not just body fat does not get โฌ๏ธ, it will even โฌ๏ธ
It is true that having a balanced diet is important in weight management,
But not eating/crash dieting โ weight loss,
It will actually result in weight gain!
Suggestion:
If you feel like eating something, do not restrict yourself fully,
Having some healthy snacks is actually encouraged,
such as fruits, a cup of soymilk/milk, a piece of chicken breast, etc.
Of course, that doesn't mean you can binge on high calorie food,
such as deep fried food๐, highly processed food๐ฅ, high sugar desserts๐ฆ
Eat more veggies๐ฅฌ, low calorie food ๐
It's been mentioned many times, balanced nutrition is key.
Do not wait till you are hungry to eat โ
Eat at fixed mealtimes, maintain a balanced meal.
Not overeating is still a better eating habit.
Not eating on time will not only cause you to overeat,
it will also result in digestive issues!
