rch 2015, Avalanche Studio aspires to innovate and design products that enhance holistic quality of life. In doing so, we would like to offer people the chance to maintain an active lifestyle, even those with temporary and/or permanent injuries. As part of this mission, Avalanche Studio has designed a novel athletic sling which allows the required immobalisation of an injured arm for prolonged exercise and activity. This patent approved product was invented by Anthony J. Cooper (a.k.a AJ) himself as a result of his Brachial Plexus Injury. Born out of necessity and over several iterations, the ultimate Arm Sing is now an integral part of AJ’s life and has allowed him to avoid amputation and more importantly, retain an active lifestyle. Avalanche Studio was formed to bring this unique sling design to market and help others in a similar condition Our continued vision is to innovate and design other such products that are accessible to all and help transform the lives of many. We would like to take the arm sling global, with the conviction that the product can make a positive impact to others just as it has done for AJ.

For over a year now, my left arm has been paralyzed due to Lyme disease. Since I have been wearing my arm in the Plexfit sling, and thanks to other very inspiring people, I have realized that I can do the things I love despite my paralyzed arm. This sling allows me to do the activities I love again without too much pain and it is much more comfortable for me.
Life goes on and nothing is impossible ☀️💚
