Please check the pass activation and expiry terms and conditions before purchasing new passes. This will help you avoid the risk of having a pass expire before it is fully used.

Inactivated class passes expiry date, started from the date purchased.

FOR MBR MYSORE PASSES
• Weekly unlimited passes and drop-in: 1 month
• 4-class: 2 months
• 8-class: 2 months
• Monthly unlimited: 2 months
• 3 month unlimited: 6 months (3 separated passes), allow student to activate each pass separately

FOR REGULAR CLASS PASS
• Drop-in: 1 month
• 5-class: 2 months

All activated MBR MYSORE CLASS PASSES expired in 30 days and MBR REGULAR PASS expired in 45 days upon first class usage, except weekly pass has 1 week expiration. No extensions will be granted once a pass has expired regardless of attendance or usage.

We are delighted to announce that Mysore Breathing Room will be hosting Manuel Ferreira and Yan Ong this June 2026 for their workshop Safely Pushing Limit. This special event brings together two dedicated teachers to guide practitioners in exploring the depth of Ashtanga Yoga with safety, intelligence, and inspiration.

Manuel Ferreira is a Senior Level 2 Authorised Ashtanga Yoga Teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience. He is the co-founder of Mysore Room Kuala Lumpur and has been dedicated to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga since 1998, having completed the Advanced A series. A devoted student of the late Guruji Sharath Jois from 2004 to 2024, Manuel’s mission is to carry forward the teachings and legacy of Ashtanga Yoga as imparted to him by his teacher.

Manuel views yoga as a powerful and adaptable tool for life, accessible to every body type and lifestyle. His approach emphasizes intelligent movement, mindfulness, and a balanced attitude toward practice. Rooted in a philosophy of hard work and consistency, he inspires his students to embrace both the challenges and the rewards of their journey—on the mat and beyond.

Having taught in more than 20 countries, Manuel has worked with a diverse range of students, from beginners to athletes, pregnant practitioners, and advanced students, including yoga teachers. He specializes in adapting the practice to individual needs while remaining faithful to its traditional roots.

Outside of yoga, Manuel finds balance and meditation through surfing, photography, and spending time with his family.
