You are paying a heavy price of desk job, if you are experiencing stiff body, weak joints, continuous muscle & ligament pains. All these are early signs of a painful future. This is more concerning for IT folks. Can we do something about it before it’s too late?

Just a few months ago, was feeling pain while doing simple things like bending knees or moving arms. All he did was trusting the yoga therapy and showing up in every class. And the results can be seen in the pictures. It’s just a start towards a healthy him. Proud of my students who take responsibility of their future self!!

This letting go can happen anytime and anywhere. Have you ever tried sitting in middle of the commotion and cut yourself out from all the surrounding sounds?
