Jennifer has been running her own F&B business for the past 30 years. Occupational syndrome lead to her hand numbness and having trigger fingers. Due to a car accident in 2019, her fingers became even more worst, having numbness hands the whole day and even had no feeling when holding stuff, palms were feeling so warm until she couldn’t sleep at night. When she woke up in the morning, her fingers are very stiffed and can't even bend. Her trigger fingers issue also affect her livelihood, she can’t hold money from others when receiving. This also lead her to poor sleeping quality, she felt lethargic and no energy the entire day. For the whole year in 2019, she has been seeking for treatments and scouting for best doctors. She visited two specialists and was recommended to go for surgery on her trigger finger issue. After much consideration on the side effect after surgery and the duration for recovery, her income will be greatly affected. She also still have to face the financial challenge of her daughter overseas school fee and expenses. Therefore, she decided not to go for surgery and choose to visit physiotherapy and TCM instead during her weekly off day.
In September 2020, she came to know Nefful negative ion wearable health products. Initially she felt skeptical but due to her health condition, she decided to give Nefful a try n sign up as a member n bought a pair of gloves to try. After using it every night for about a month, she saw a little improvement, and her hands were less numb and less stiff.

Then continue wearing with more than five layers of large density daily (lady glove + scarf made double layers glove + blanket made ring + wrist supporter + white cloth fold into multiple layers to put near the middle finger + dual-purpose supporter). Every time when she increased the density by using white cloth, she can feel the pulling sensation. It was really amazing!
After using multiple layers for three months, her inner joint pain problem became lesser and her palm no long painful and can be clenched into a fist. Her hands are as back to normal condition, no more trigger fingers nor numbness problem. She can hold everything with strength since then. Thanks to the negative ion products, Jennifer felt the optimal effects when she used it in high density especially in multiple layers. She was extremely happy, pain was relieved without the need for surgery.
