e a $50 subsidy on the prevailing attendance fee if they are subsequently referred for emergency/urgent care services at the ED, and will be seen in priority over non-urgent cases. The programme is available for Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and foreigners. The GPFirst programme is adopted at the A&E departments of the following institutions:
1. Changi General Hospital (CGH)
2. Sengkang General Hospital (SKH)
3. Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH)
