美味又健康的儿童零食！😋 这个儿童节，不妨试试我们的黃豆小食——小手抓得住，满足成长的胃口。

⚡️ 提升精力，滋养脾胃，强健骨骼，护眼明目，同时富含优质蛋白、铁和维生素 B 群。

注意：成人也会爱不释口哦。😉

🫖 材料:
• 黄豆 350克
• 枸杞子 25克
• 麻油 2茶匙
• 生抽 2汤匙
• 红糖 20克
• 蜂蜜 2汤匙
• 莲子 25克
• 子油 2茶匙

🔖 做法:
• 将黄豆和枸杞子分别冲洗干净。用清水浸泡1至2小时。
• 将黄豆与足量清水一起放入锅中煮沸。
• 盖上锅盖，小火焖煮约30分钟，或至黄豆熟软。
• 煮熟后倒出多余水分。
• 加入枸杞子、麻油、生抽、红糖和蜂蜜，翻炒至收干水分。
• 可趁热食用，或放凉至室温后装入密封容器保存。

🥣 Ingredients:
• Soybean (Huang Dou) 350g
• Wolfberry (Gou Qi Zi) 25g
• Lotus seed (Lian Zi) 25g
• Sesame Oil 2 tsp
• Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
• Brown Sugar 20g
• Honey 2 tbsp
• Seed Oil 2 tsp (optional)

🔖 Directions:
• Rinse and soak soybean in water for 1 - 2 hours
• Boil soybeans in fresh water, then cover and simmer over low heat for 30 mins or until beans are cooked
• Drain excess water
• Add rinsed Gou Qi Zi, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and honey into pan, and stir fry until dry
• Serve hot or cool down to room temp & store in container

✅ Answer: Kopi O 黑咖啡 ☕️
Kopi O is warming (温性) and can overstimulate Yang ‘Qi’, leading to restlessness, palpitations or heat signs if taken excessively. Bubble Milk Tea, despite its high sugar and dairy content, is more damp-forming (生湿) than truly heaty — it burdens the spleen and can cause bloating or phlegm.
咖啡性温，易助长阳气，久饮或致心悸烦躁，阴津不足。珍珠奶茶虽含糖奶，偏于生湿困脾，易致腹胀痰多，却非典型热性之品。

Garlic Chives (韭菜) vs Cabbage (大白菜)
✅ Answer: Garlic Chives 韭菜 🌱
Garlic chives are warm (温性) and pungent, able to dispel cold, warm the kidney, and invigorate circulation. Cabbage, in contrast, is neutral to slightly cooling (平性偏凉), nourishing the stomach and intestines without disturbing the body’s balance.
韭菜性温辛香，能温肾助阳，行气活血，驱散寒邪。大白菜性平微凉，养胃润肠，不易致寒热失调。

Cherries (樱桃) vs Bananas (香蕉)
✅ Answer: Cherries 樱桃 🍒
Cherries are warm in nature (温性), beneficial for invigorating ‘Qi’ and blood but overconsumption can easily generate heat with overconsumption. Bananas, are more cooling than heaty being cold (寒性). They , clear internal heat, moisten the intestines, and relieve thirst. — making them more cooling than heaty.
樱桃性温，补中益气，助血行而偏热，多食易生内火。香蕉性寒，能清热解毒，润肠通便，生津止渴。

In TCM, foods are classified as heaty, cooling, or neutral, not by their temperature, but by how they affect your body’s balance. Too much ‘heaty’ food can show up as a sore throat, acne, or irritability, but this also depends on your individual body constitution. What feels heaty for one person may not affect another the same way.
