As I reflect on the memorable time in HH, I am reminded of the privilege and responsibility we hold as practitioners. Every adjustment, every interaction, is an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life- to offer hope where there was despair, healing where there was pain. This has made me realize that true healing goes beyond the physical, reaching into the depths of our humanity to restore body, mind, and spirit.
Over the past five years, I had the opportunity of serving not only as a chiropractor but also as the deputy clinical director. Balancing the demands of patient care with the responsibilities of leadership was no easy feat, but it was a journey that shaped me in profound ways.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily operations, I am glad that HH organised the very first company retreat- a 2-day journey of camaraderie and growth that has become my most memorable time of my past 5 years. From the picturesque location to the engaging activities, it was clear that this was more than just a getaway; it was an opportunity for us to come together as a team and grow both personally and professionally. But what truly made it memorable was the opportunity to connect with colleagues on a deeper level. Whether it was brainstorming ideas during the team-bonding activities or sharing stories when we were sober, I felt a sense of unity and purpose that has stayed with me long after the retreat ended.
To me, the company retreat is more than just an escape- it's a journey of self-discovery, collaboration, and inspiration that leaves a lasting impact on all who participate and I look forward to continuing this meaningful journey with HH by changing lives, one adjustment at a time.
