We want to express our gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. It’s because of clients like you that we’ve been able to grow our business and provide exceptional service.

Beginning on 1st May 2024 the price of our services will be adjusted. Existing and new appointments from that date forward will reflect the new pricing, but from now til then, do enjoy our former prices ◡̈

This adjustment is necessary to cover the increased cost of rent and other business expenses, and to continue investing in our employees and equipment. 🎉 A warm welcome to Georgina (she/her/🌈) on joining the Knotty Strokes team as a Sports Masseuse! She will be taking on Tuesday to Friday between 10am – 3pm.

💫 Georgina graduated with a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Sciences, spurred by her love for competitive sports since a young age. She started her career in the sports rehabilitation industry upon graduation at local clinics and hospitals, as a physical therapy assistant/ rehabilitation therapist.

💫With experience and expertise in rehabilitation and sports injuries, Georgina is well equipped in handling pre assessment and getting to the root of your issues!

💫Georgina believes that accuracy and reducing tension in the body is key, for increased athletic performance, as she’s an avid athlete herself.

🎉A warm welcome to Celine (she/her) on joining the Knotty Strokes team as a Sports Massage Therapist! She will be taking on Saturdays, from 2-6pm!

💫Celine is a Personal Trainer and has been helping her clients reach their fitness goals for over 2 years now. One thing she’s noticed while working with her clients is that, oftentimes people neglect recovery in pursuit of personal fitness goals, and that is not only counter productive, but adversely affects their progress!

💫Having had surgery due to a knee ligament injury, Celine experienced first-hand the unfortunate toll such procedures can have on the body - frequent stiffness and compromised range of motion in the operated knee.

💫Celine is a true believer in the fact that Health is Wealth, because when bogged down by these physical limitations, it didn’t affect just her fitness goals but also her quality of life!

💫Taking the time for sufficient recovery and rehab through means of sports massages and rest, it has allowed her to continue practicing Jiu Jitsu, and come back stronger and better, every time she hits the mat.

🎉 A warm welcome to Angelia (she/her) on joining the Knotty Strokes team as a Restorative Massage Therapist! She will be taking on Tuesdays from 1 – 5pm.

💫 Angelia lived in Bali for over 20 years and is a strong believer in holistic healing. This is reflected in her practice where massage is not just about addressing the physical body, but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual components of wellness.

💫 During her time in Bali, she graciously opened her home to host women-only retreats featuring traditional healing modalities like yoga, meditation, and art therapy, providing a safe space for women to grow, transform, and heal.

💫 Angelia’s techniques are heavily influenced by Balinese massage, having acquired her craft in a local Bali spa and practicing for 3 years.
