We begin with soft, accessible breathwork to awaken the respiratory and circulatory systems, preparing you for a deeper meditative state.
From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of the sound bowls, allowing your mind and body to fully unwind.

About the facilitator
Manuela Jones is internationally certified in Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Sound Healing, and supports individuals in navigating stress, anxiety, and restlessness through holistic and accessible practices.
