Stress is part of modern life. But how we relate to it can change.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at Ojas Yoga & Wellness is an 8-week structured journey designed to help you develop awareness, resilience, and a more balanced response to life’s challenges.

Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and practiced worldwide, MBSR combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and practical tools that support emotional regulation, clarity of mind, and overall well-being.

Guided by Kimberly Kwa, a UC San Diego–trained MBSR facilitator, this program offers a supportive environment to build sustainable mindfulness practices that can positively impact both your personal and professional life.

Participants commonly experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, better focus, and a deeper sense of self-awareness through consistent practice.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or simply want to cultivate a healthier relationship with stress, this program offers a practical path forward.

25 Hours of Learning, Growth & Transformation — Wheel Yoga Certification Complete

We are delighted to celebrate the successful completion of our 25-Hour Wheel Yoga Program. This journey helped participants go beyond traditional yoga practice, learning effective techniques to use the yoga wheel for deeper opening, improved alignment, and enhanced awareness—both in their personal practice and in guiding their students with greater confidence and precision.

It was not just about learning, but also about connection. The program was filled with shared experiences, breakthroughs, laughter, and beautiful bonding among the group. We concluded this meaningful journey with our certification and a hearty lunch together—celebrating growth, community, and the spirit of yoga.

The wonderful mid day reset with mindful movement, breathwork and sound bath with Manuela, we experienced.
It was like sea of sound and everyone wave was brining deeper into subconscious and helping in deep nervous system reset.

What a wonderful way to give complete reset to mind and body.
