Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and practiced worldwide, MBSR combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and practical tools that support emotional regulation, clarity of mind, and overall well-being.
Guided by Kimberly Kwa, a UC San Diego–trained MBSR facilitator, this program offers a supportive environment to build sustainable mindfulness practices that can positively impact both your personal and professional life.
Participants commonly experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, better focus, and a deeper sense of self-awareness through consistent practice.
