Si Nanay Leticia Ferrer, dating Domestic Helper sa Hongkong. Sinakripisyo ang mahabang panahon na di kapiling 5 anak mabigyan lang ng magandang buhay, mapag-aral at ng di danasin ang hirap na dinanas Nya. Sa isip nya okey lang magtiis para sa mga anak tutal kapag nakatapos sila sa pag-aaral, sila naman mag-aalaga sa Kanya.

To escape the heat kahapon nagpalipas muna ako ng sandali sa Shangri-la Crossing Food court. Naka tabi ko is ang matanda.. Sabi niya 73 yrs na siya.. At sa tingin ko kailangan na talaga ng tulong.. Kasama niya isang special child na babae.

Natanong ko.kung kumusta ang buhay.. Sabi niya dati siyang banker sa isang malaking universal private Bank at isang Vice President. Masagana ang buhay..

Nuong mag retire siya kinuha pa siya ng isang universal government bank bilang consultant. Isang araw si Mrs niya was diagnosed with Cancer.

After 5 years namatay din. Sa laki ng gastos naubos din daw Yong Retirement money niya.

Ngayon daw umaasa na lang siya sa kakarampot na pension at upa sa isang property niya.

Talagang kapos daw kasi siya dahil nga may maintenance na din siya at Yong special child niya magastos din.

Naawa talaga ako kasi naramdaman ko ang pangangailangan niya.

Yong damit niya ay kupas na.. Naka tsinelas. At mahaba na buhok. Sigurado ako masagana ang buhay niya nuon...

What if you live too long?

Mahirap ang mahabang buhay na walang pera.

Ano nga ba talaga ang IMG Financial Literacy Campaign
at Ano nga ba ang isang IMG Campaigner?

Para sa mga nagtatanong at sa mga baguhan palang sa IMG na hindi pa masyado maliwanag, ano ba talaga ang ginagawa natin?

- Tayo ay Campaigner tulad ng supporter ng isang gusto nating kandidato, ang pinagkaiba lang nga ang ating kinakampanya ay Financial Literacy at ang ating kalaban ay Kahirapan at Kamangmangan sa Kaalamang Pinansyal.

Ang sa atin sa IMG ay "30M BY 2030 o ang magkaroon ng 30 Million Financial Literate Families sa Taong 2030 dahil naniniwala tayo na ito'y malaking tulong sa bawa't pamilya at gayun din sa Bansang Pilipinas.

- Bilang isang Campaigner naniniwala ka sa iyong pinaglalaban kung kaya't tayo mismo ay nagaaral kumukuha ng isang solusyon, na alam natin makakatulong sa sarili natin kaya malakas ang loob natin na ituro at irecommend sa mga mahal natin sa buhay at sa iba pang nais nating tulungang pamilya.

Whenever I'm asked about the legality of IMG, I don't usually answer because I know it's not worth it. There is nothing to prove and I don't have to convince. Like what Sir Joen (IMG President) keep on telling us that such question is an insult to our advocacy and to what we do. Those who are outside of IMG and who don't understand are the first to judge. But we don't blame them.

As for me, I feel blessed and happy to be part of an organization whose ultimate goal is to help every Pinoy achieve financial independence. We may be considered a financial organization who talks about money, savings and investment most of the time but we know IT ISN'T ABOUT MONEY. IT IS ABOUT ACHIEVING A FINANCIAL PEACE OF MIND for every Filipino family who strives to achieve long term goals.

We DON’T POST our income because the truly rich don't post either.

We don't earn when we invite people to join. (In case you're comparing us to a networking company.)

We are on a business of helping and building people here and abroad.
