*eGurukul (English) Lesson #39/2025, dated Sunday, 28th Sep @ 3-5 pm*

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 6 kids & 5 parents.

We began the first segment with Charya Pada – living a conscious lifestyle, where children first offered Sri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam in gratitude and devotion for happening in their lives and manifesting through us.
In the second segment after Guru puja, Ma Parameshwari led them into Nithyananda Yoga practice of Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama (DVK) which began with the ritualistic cleansing - tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa chanting. Ma Parameshwari prepared their bodies using a warm-up in the Skeleton dance and practised the following yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama: Dhenukasana, Macchandrasana, Macchandrasana 2, Pasanana, Kurakatasana, Sumati Asana and finally relaxing in Padmasana for silent meditation.

Next, we concluded this chapter with lesson #3 of Living of Enlightenment with topic of GUILT. This lesson introduced the children the powerful cognition that 3 TYPES OF GUILT. The three main contributors to Guilt are: 1. Guilt created by immediate family. 2. Guilt created by social laws. 3. Guilt created by ourselves. Guilt created by immediate family: Parents tell us that we should respect their wishes, if we are not able to follow their instructions we feel guilty of making them unhappy. Family sows the first guilt in us that passes on from generation to generation. Children love to twirl but parents instill the fear in the child that they might fall and get hurt because of tumbling. 'No' by the mother actually has a deep impact on the child. It creates guilt in the child. If the mother says 'No' for playing in the rain and jumping, the child forces himself to stay in, or if he goes out without telling his parents, he will feel guilty, he will be afraid that somebody might spot him. As the child grows, this deep ingrained sense of guilt will actually settle inside him. Small incidents like this collect and make guilt your natural way of life. For example when you pour milk if mother shouts at you, learn from this incident to be more careful and aware. Guilt created by the society: From seven to fourteen, society creates guilt in you through its rules. The guilt based on fear is created by social laws. Follow rules by understanding. Society instils in you the feeling that you are not enough unto yourself. It makes you feel guilty of what you are and what you do. The guilty person can never be at ease with himself. He will always lack self confidence. This is where society steps in and exploits him. Society functions on your guilt, the more you feel guilty, the more society becomes powerful. Guilt created by you (ourselves): The guilt sown in you by family and society grows roots inside you. Then you start creating guilt for yourself without any reason. The guilt created by family and the guilt created by the society are imposed guilt. They are like a crown that is passed on from one generation to another. But the third guilt is the one which we create for ourselves. When you internalize guilt based 'on greed and fear', you create new types of guilt for yourself. In the activity of the day, children were told to l=pen down their 3 types of guilt and do a completion with Swamiji.

In the final segment, we resumed the power of Body Scanning Level 7 – scanning the history of disease. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children scanned the history of another celebrity. Finally, it was time to conclude the lesson, we closed by chanting the poorna mantra.

CN eGurukul for Kids #38/2025

On Saturday, 4th Oct 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids held its 38th session of 2025, attended by six children and their parents. The session opened with Guru Puja, offering gratitude to our guru, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, establishing a sacred and focused atmosphere.
The second segment featured Nithyananda Yoga, beginning with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting. These practices purified the inner space, preparing the participant for yoga by visualizing their sankalpa to manifest intentions. A skeleton dance warmed up the body, leading into the Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK)asanas:Matsyendrasana(L,R),Kubasana(L,R),Matsyendrasana2(L,R),Padmasana.We did Trinetra Kumbhaka, to strengthen their resonatory system.

The third part is to cause a cognitive shift in the child's understanding of pain and have him or her take responsibility to have a powerful relationship with transforming and releasing pain energy to make it available for more creative use.
Pain can be physical, mental or emotional. Physical pain is a basic necessity for the body. Just imagine, if we could feel no pain in our body we might accidentally hurt ourselves or start styling our faces, hands, and legs the way we style our hair today! Actually, pain is a letter of request, written by the body to the mind, saying, ‘Please pay attention to me!’ because attention is energy. When attention is given to a particular area, that attention becomes energy for that area. When the body communicates pain, it is actually asking for attention or energy, which willing help it heal.

The fourth part focused on Power Manifestation of body scanning, themed “family scanning” .

The session concluded with the chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving the participants uplifted. The child and parents departed with practical yoga techniques, a deeper awareness of the impact of words, and the empowered experience of using their 3rd eye, equipped to create a positive inner and outer reality.

熱身的骨架舞活化身體,接著練習 Prathama Vinyasa Krama(PVK)體位法:Matsyendrasana(L,R),Kubasana(L,R),Matsyendrasana2(L,R),Padmasana。

CN eGurukul for Kids (AM) #40/2025

On Saturday, 4th October 2025, from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids (Morning Session) held its 40th session of 2025, attended by two children and their parents. The session opened with Sri Guru Puja, offering gratitude to our beloved Guru, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, fostering oneness with Paramashiva, the source of life. The second part featured Nithyananda Yoga, beginning with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting to purify the inner space and activate intention manifestation. The children practiced Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK) asanas: Anghuśtasana, Saurasana, Vidhunanasana, Brahma Jurankuśa Asana, Kapilasana, Bhadragorakha Asana, Surya Asana, Mandukasana , Uttana Mandukasana, Simhasana, Bhadrasana II, Kakabhusandi Asana, Kanipava Asana and Kapali Asana, along with Pranayama (tuning breath) and Bandha (energy locks), aligning body and mind for focus and calm.

The third part explored the powerful cognition topic, “Desire Knowledge and action should always be in tune with the desire energy.” The discussion emphasized that, “When you are honest and integrated with the desire, there is no conflict.” Pure desire energy, or iccha shakti, arises from the navel, transforms into desire in the heart, speech in the throat, and knowledge or action in the brain. The powerful cognitions stated, “If the energy is not processed and changed properly, the knowledge and action become disconnected.” Needs, like clothing and shelter, differ from greed-driven wants, such as excessive desires. Balanced conversion of desire energy prevents overthinking or blind action, fostering harmony. The final part involved manifesting 3rd eye power, where children experienced oneness with Paramashiva to read pictures, colours, numbers and text, enhancing their spiritual connection.

The session concluded with the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving participants uplifted. They departed with Nithyananda Yoga practices, insights into aligning desire, knowledge, and action, and the empowering experience of 3rd eye manifestation.

CN eGurukul for Youth #30/2025

On Friday, 3rd October 2025, from 9:00 PM to 10:10 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Youth held its 30th session of 2025, attended by one teenager and their parent. The session commenced with Nithyananda Yoga, starting with Sadguru Vandanam, followed by the Shiva Mula Mantra, the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam, and Sankalpa chanting. These practices purified the inner space, enabling the participant to access the yogic state by visualizing their sankalpa to activate the power of thinking and manifest intentions. The teenager practiced a series of Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK) asanas: Anjani Asana, Paścimatanāsana, Ugrasana, Marici Asana, Mahamudra Asana, Bhadrāsana 2, Gvalipava Asana, Joni Asana, Midakipava Asana, Siddha Samadhi Asana, Cinnakipava Asana, Carpatacokasan and Bhairavasana. Guided with focus, they aligned physical movements with inner awareness, fostering calm and clarity.

The second part explored the powerful cognition topic, “Authenticity is death for your boredom and excitement for your life” from “Authenticity” Lesson 4. You need to have the courage of authenticity before you give a word. You should ensure that your authenticity is kept alive. Authenticity is death for your boredom and excitement for your life. Because authenticity kills the old way of living, it is a death for you and it is an intense excitement to live. Authenticity is you being established at the peak of your energy, responding to life from who you project yourself to be for others, and what others perceive you to be for them. The first thing you need to do is tune what you perceive as you, and what you project as you to others. Do not reduce what you project as you to others. Increase what you perceive yourself to be for you.

The session concluded with the chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving participants uplifted. The teenager and their parent departed with Nithyananda Yoga practices, carrying forward a sense of inner peace and focused intention, inspired to continue manifesting their authentic aspirations.

*eGurukul (English) Lesson #38/2025, dated Sunday, 21st Sep @ 3-5 pm*

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 4 kids & 4 parents.

Ma Parameshwari prepared their bodies using a warm-up in the Skeleton dance and practised the following yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama: Bisisthasana, Bhujasana, Kalyanasana, Sanktasana and finally relaxing in Padmasana for silent meditation.

Next, we concluded this chapter with lesson #2 of Living of Enlightenment with topic of GUILT. This lesson introduced the children the powerful cognition that guilt a manifestation of EGO, we end up giving ourselves life-sentences. Guilt is actually the shadow of the ego. When somebody says something and you become angry, it is the ego, your idea about yourself, that causes the anger. But right after, you start feeling guilty about losing your temper. Now, too, it is the same ego that causes the guilt. It gives you the feeling that you could have done differently to change the situation, but you did not do it. This is the dilemma. The ego creates the problem and the same ego goes on harbouring guilt. If you understand this game of the ego, you can simply drop the guilt. Without allowing ego, if you allow only awareness, you will neither get unduly angry nor will you suffer for it. Because of the awareness, you will not be blinded with anger. You will get angry only to the extent required and automatically there will not be any guilt either! If you have made a mistake there are two ways to treat it. One is to feel guilty. If you feel guilty, you will commit the same mistake again. Guilt is the way to commit the same mistake again because you forget the mistake and start focusing on the guilt. If you focus on the mistake, you will know how and where you went wrong and so you will not repeat it. If you focus on the guilt, you will not even analyze how and where you went wrong, so you are still very much capable of making the same mistake again! In the art of the day as a reminder to the children - disease drawing which caused by guilt. Guilt creates a dent in our inner space, guilt makes us feel inferior, guilt in long run leads to diseases. Guilt affects us psychologically which leads to diseases.

In the final segment, we resumed the power of Body Scanning Level 7 – scanning the history of disease. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children scanned the history of A devotee’s mother. Finally, it was time to conclude the lesson, we closed by chanting the poorna mantra.
