On 9th Apr, Thursday @ 7 pm, Nithyananda eGurukul Singapore held the lesson #15 of eGurukul Cultural Session with *Celebrating the Guru*.

A total of 5 kids, 4 parents and 1 acharya joined today’s extraordinary lesson.

Today, the topic was about Book Guru vs. Living Guru i.e. discovering the difference between reading ABOUT Paramashiva vs. EXPERIENCING Paramashiva through a Living Guru.

A story between Arjun and Meera was shared with the children. Through this story, children learned that books are like menus — they tell you ABOUT the food!" "A Living Guru is like the food itself — you TASTE it! You EXPERIENCE it!" "Arjun represents 'Book Guru' — lots of information, no experience!" whereas "Meera represents 'Living Guru' — direct experience, direct transmission!"

Next, they played with a skit with 2 characters – a book buddy and a living leela. From this fun skit they learned that - when you connect to a Living Guru, information becomes ABILITY!. THIS is why we need a Living Guru! Books can describe Paramashiva, but only a Living Guru can MAKE US EXPERIENCE Paramashiva!
"This is the most important lesson — most adults miss this their entire lives

Finally, they did a quick exercise to FEEL the golden light that Swamiji is transmitting to them RIGHT NOW. They experienced the golden light. Swamiji blessed all the children: “Carry this experience! You are part of the sangha of a Living Avatar!".

eGurukul for Youths #05/2026

On Friday, 20th March 2026, from 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm, the Chinese eGurukul for Youths held a highly experiential and empowering evening session with one teenager, one parent, and two acharyas present.

The session opened with Sri Guru Puja, where all participants offered heartfelt gratitude to His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. This sacred ritual deepened their oneness with Paramashiva, the source of life, creating a focused and receptive space for direct inner work.

The Powerful Cognition segment centered on the Responsibility Wheel activity, guiding everyone to experience the four tattvas not as theory but as living forces in their own lives. Participants took paper and pen as the facilitator led them step by step. In the Integrity Check, each wrote one personal commitment they had made but failed to keep, then honestly reflected on why they broke their word, discovering that every broken promise weakens inner power while every kept word strengthens it. Next came the Authenticity Check, where they identified one area in which they were wearing a mask or pretending to be someone they were not, and examined the fear behind it, realizing that masks act as prisons and dropping them brings true liberation. In the Responsibility Check, they revisited one area of blame and rewrote it as a full ownership statement, feeling the energetic shift from victimhood to leadership. Finally, in the Enriching Check, they noted one concrete way they could add value to someone’s life this week, experiencing how causing others’ completion opens the flow of enlightenment.

The integration phase was the most powerful moment. Everyone drew their personal Commitment Wheel on paper, dividing it into four sections: Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility, and Enriching. They then wrote one specific, actionable commitment for each tattva to practice during the coming week. Examples included waking up at the promised time for Integrity, honestly expressing feelings instead of pretending for Authenticity, creating and following a study plan for Responsibility, and helping a sibling or friend without expectation for Enriching. As they gazed at their completed wheels, the facilitator reminded them that this was their personal Power Map: each practiced tattva builds upon the others, creating unstoppable momentum. Every action taken this week would strengthen their entire being, leaving them more powerful by week’s end.

The session concluded with each person sharing one chosen commitment, followed by collective chanting of the Om Purna Mantra (圓滿真言), filling the space with gratitude, completion, and awakened inner authority.

In this intimate gathering, the teenager and parent transformed abstract principles into a tangible weekly blueprint, experiencing the Responsibility Wheel as the living engine that turns every moment into conscious power and enlightenment.

CN eGurukul SAT AM #13/2026

On Saturday, 28th March 2026, from 10:25 am to 12:20 pm, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids (Morning Session) gathered six bright children and their parents in a warm, intimate space filled with devotion.

The session began with Sri Guru Puja, where everyone offered heartfelt gratitude to His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. This sacred ritual deepened their oneness with Paramashiva, the eternal source of life, creating a joyful and connected atmosphere from the outset.

The Nithyananda Yoga practice followed, starting with the chanting of the Shiva Mula Mantra, the purifying ritual of tattvacharamaniyam, and a focused Sankalpa. Through vivid visualisation, the children activated the manifesting power of thought to bring their pure intentions into reality. They then flowed through a beautiful sequence of Prathama Vinyasa Krama asanas: Sukhasana, Parvatasana, Halipavasana, Nagipava Asana, Kokilasana, Neti Asana, Gajasana, Rksasana and Vaisyāsana. The gentle, mindful movements left the small group feeling open, grounded, and radiant with subtle energy.

The Powerful Cognition segment continued with Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 1, Sections 4-7. We first reviewed the two characters mentioned in the previous lesson – Duryan and Krishna. Duryan shifts the responsibility for fighting onto others, which is not the behavior of a leader. The other character – Krishna – is a responsible superhero. Taking responsibility means doing what we can to the best of our ability, and doing it willingly. The children thought of something in their lives they would like to take responsibility for and shared it, becoming leaders in their own lives.

In the Power Manifestation segment, the children manifested the power of body scanning. We connected and scanned others'body and told them about the body situation.

The session concluded with collective chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, enveloping everyone in gratitude, completion, and wholeness.

*eGurukul (English) Lesson #12/2026, dated Sunday, 22nd Mar @ 3-5 pm*
Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 5 kids & 4 parents.
We began the first segment with Charya Pada – living a conscious lifestyle, where children first offered Sri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam in gratitude and devotion for happening in their lives and manifesting through us.
In the second segment after Guru puja, Ma Maha Adbutacharitra led them into Nithyananda Yoga practice of Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama (DVK) which began with the ritualistic cleansing - tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa chanting. She prepared their bodies with Skeleton dance followed 26 yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama – Parasaramasana, Sarvangasana, Vrsikasana, Vrsapadaksepasana, Marottanasana, Vrkasana, Luthasana, Sarathasana, Dehallyullanghanasana, Jatyasana, Lolitika karana, Sarpasana, Ustrasafnanasana, Kapotanitakasana, Talapuaspaputam Karana, Khadgasana, Utthanotthanam, Ucchirsakasana, Parsva Janu Karana, Tandavasana, Brahmanasana, Gurudasana 3, Ekapadasana, Dhruvasana, Trivikramasana, and finally relaxing in Shivasana for deep relaxation.
Next, we entered into lesson #8 of Gratitude from Living of Enlightenment. This lesson taught the children the importance of ‘Being Content’. Learning contentment is a very plain and straight forward opening. There is no other way. Anything else leads to more and more complication. When you decide to be content, the carpet will seem good but then you will decide to pull the carpet a bit at the corner to make it better Don't think there is an army of enemies in your inner space. Your inner space is more intelligent. It will show only one enemy. The moment you accept one enemy you are done. By the time you fight that enemy your great friendly mind is ready with another, by the time you fight that, your great friendly mind will make you finish all thoughts about contentment. Decide, now you are going to practice, no question of allowing even one enemy. I am content. from now out of that content feeling I will work. Contentment is like a huge snow capped mountain, glide in it, ski in it, the moment you hit a rock go back to the space of contentment. Use your bio memory to get back to contentment. Your bio memory is very responsible, when you withdraw from your day to day activities, the bio memory feels threatened. It will say, I can't be like this and get back to contentment. Say I am going to move my body only if I am contented, your mind will find some reason; so many people are in worse situations. When you put your bio memory in a survival threat, it will support you. Do the self strike. Non co-operation movement with your life, let your bio memory bring you contentment, then it will become a system in you create chaos in you, that is the only way to find a solution. In the Activity of the day, they walked with eyes closed – inferring they have ever felt the importance of eyes before doing this activity. Since we get everything easily, we take everything for granted and we miss gratitude.
In the final segment, we started a new power MIND READING Level1 – reading own thoughts. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children scanned their thought currents and observed what they entertained every moment. Then it was time to wrap up the lesson, we ended by chanting the poorna mantra.

On 2nd Apr, Thursday @ 7 pm, Nithyananda eGurukul Singapore held the lesson #14 of eGurukul Cultural Session with *Celebrating the Guru*.

A total of 3 kids, 2 parents and 1 acharya joined today’s extraordinary lesson.

Today, the topic was about Guru's Big Family where children and adults experience by DRAWING their spiritual family which connects the Guru's energy with all of us like ONE BIG FAMILY of golden light!

Guru's golden light is like that lamp! It is ONE light, but it shines through ALL of us! One golden thread connects every one of us to HIM. And from Guru, the SAME golden thread connects to EVERYONE in our sangha! That means when YOU feel golden light, you are connected to your friend, your parents, acharyas — EVERYONE is part of Guru's big family!

They followed these 3 steps:-

Step 1: Draw Your Connection
"Draw yourself as a golden dot or small figure in the center"
"Now draw lines of golden light going from YOU to ME — put a figure of Swamiji somewhere on the paper with a golden line connecting us"
"The golden line is Guru's energy — make it bright!"

Step 2: Add Family Members
"Now think: Who else in our sangha are you connected to through Guru? Your parents? Other kids? Acharyas?"
"Draw them with golden lines connecting everyone to Swamiji — AND to each other!"
"See how all the golden lines CREATE A BIG FAMILY? No one is separate!"

Step 3: Feel the Connection
"While drawing, close your eyes for a moment — FEEL that golden connection you are drawing!"
"This is not just art — this is REAL! This is how Paramashiva's energy flows!"

The kids enjoyed the session which is both fun yet impactful!
