CN eGurukul for Kids #29/2025

On Saturday, 26 th Jul 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids held its 29th session of 2025, attended by two children and their parents. The session opened with Guru Puja, offering gratitude to our guru, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, establishing a sacred and focused atmosphere.

The second segment featured Nithyananda Yoga, beginning with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting. These practices purified the inner space, preparing the participant for yoga by visualizing their sankalpa to manifest intentions. A skeleton dance warmed up the body, leading into the Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK)asanas:Sukhasana,Parvatasana, Halipavasana, Nagipava Asana, Kokilasana, Neti Asana, Gajasana, Rksasana, Vaisyasana, Urdhvajaanu Karana .We did Trinetra Kumbhaka, to strengthen their resonatory system. We sit in silence, feeling Swamiji's presence in the sacred space within us.

The third part To make the kids aware about a topic called stress and how stress is related to worry.
The confusion between our true nature and what we pretend is stress or tension. Too much worrying leads to stress. When we are stressed out we worry a lot. Mind is not a thing as we all have been taught, it is a process. It is not a noun but a verb.

We are not stressed; we are the sources of stress. The moment we start believing that our life is depressed, your life indeed becomes depressed. Stress makes you process too many things in the mind. Even if you are thinking about the past and future, you are doing it in the present moment.

The fourth part focused on Power Manifestation of remote vision, themed “power of scanning for ground water location.”

The session concluded with the chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving the participants uplifted. The child and parents departed with practical yoga techniques, a deeper awareness of the impact of words, and the empowered experience of using their 3rd eye, equipped to create a positive inner and outer reality.

CN eGurukul for Kids (AM) #30/2025 - 26 July (Sat) 10.45am - 12nn

On Saturday, 26th July 2025, from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids (Morning Session) held its 30th session of 2025, attended by three children and their parents. The session began with Nithyananda Yoga, starting with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting. These practices purified the inner space, preparing participants for yoga by visualizing their sankalpa to activate the power of thinking and manifest intentions. The children practiced a series of Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK) asanas: Sukhasana, Parvatasana, Halipavasana, Nagipava Asana, Kokilasana, and Neti Asana, along with Pranayama and Bandha techniques. Guided with focus, they aligned physical movements with inner awareness, fostering calm and clarity.

The second part explored the powerful cognition topic, “Desire is a Dynamic Energy - Recognising Your True Desires and Fulfilling Them Liberates You.” The discussion addressed the common feeling of lacking energy to fulfill desires. It was emphasized that the Divine equips us with sufficient energy and capacity to achieve all our true desires. The distinction was made between true desires, termed “needs,” and “borrowed” desires, known as “wants.” True desires align with our innate purpose, and we possess ample energy to fulfill them, unlike borrowed desires that stem from external influences. The activity of the day involved the children defining their true desires versus borrowed desires, encouraging self-reflection to discern their authentic needs. This exercise helped them understand how recognizing and pursuing true desires leads to liberation and fulfillment.

The session concluded with the chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving participants uplifted. The children and parents departed with Nithyananda Yoga practices and insights into harnessing their dynamic energy for true desires, empowered to live with purpose and liberation.

eGurukul (English) Lesson #29/2025, dated Sunday, 20th Jul @ 3-5 pm

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 6 kids & 5 parents.
We began the first segment with Charya Pada – living a conscious lifestyle, where children first offered Sri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam in gratitude and devotion for happening in their lives and manifesting through us.

In the second segment after Guru puja, we did Nithyananda Yoga practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK) which began with the ritualistic cleansing - tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa chanting, then prepared our bodies using a warm-up series followed by the Skeleton dance and practised the following 12 yogasanas: Bhadrasana 2, Gvalipava asana, Joni asana, Midakipava asana, Siddha Samadhi asana, Cinakipavasana, Carpatacokasana, Bhairavasana, Samanasana and Apanasana for both sides. Next, we did 21 rounds of Trinetra Kumbhaka.

Next, we did a revision on lesson #3 of the next Chapter of Living of Enlightenment with topic of DESIRES by using the replay of last session. This lesson introduced the children that desire, knowledge and action (Ichha Shakti, Jnana Shakti, Kriya Shakti). The desire that is pure and not directed towards any particular object or person is simply an overflowing energy that is called iccha shakti or the ‘desire energy’. From the navel, energy comes as pure energy. In the heart region, this energy gets converted to the power of desire. This further gets converted into words in the throat region. When this energy gets converted into words, it is called vak or the ‘speech energy’. To give an analogy, the energy that comes from the navel is like loose cotton. The cotton becomes thread in the throat region. Or you can imagine it this way: the energy that comes from the navel is like molten iron. The throat is like a forge where the product is formed! The speech energy moves further to the brain. There it stays as knowledge or gets converted into a command. In the brain, the energy could stay as the power of knowledge or gnana shakti. For example, the desire energy related to the body can become knowledge of the body. The other option is, the words get converted to a command and get executed as well. The command goes to the entire body and moves you. This is called the power of action or kriya shakti. For example, the desire energy related to your body can express as the power of action like moving your body. Pure iccha shakti or desire energy which comes from your being gets converted to gnana shakti or the power of knowledge and kriya shakti or the power of action. If the energy is not processed and channeled properly, the knowledge and action become disconnected from the power of the pure desire energy. The knowledge and action should be in tune with the desire energy. In Art activity of the day, the children drew their desires.

In the final segment, we started a new power Body Scanning Level 5 – Scan and give simple remedies. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children scanned Ma Durga’s mother. Finally, it was time to wrap up the lesson, we ended by chanting the poorna mantra.

CN eGurukul for Kids #27/2025

On Saturday, 19 th Jul 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids held its 28th session of 2025, attended by six children and their parents.

A skeleton dance warmed up the body, leading into the Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK)asanas:Trikonasana(L,R),Nikuttaka Karana,Anghustasana,Saurasana(L,R),Vidhunanasana(L,R),Brahma Jurankusa Asana. We did Trinetra Kumbhaka, to strengthen their resonatory system.

The third part To make the kids aware about a topic called stress and how stress is related to worry.
Worry and stress are closely interrelated; they are like parent and child. One
cannot exist without the other. Stress is one of biggest destroyer of health in
today's world. Conditioning of the child causes stress, when parents force a
child to study it creates stress. Even clever child will not perform well when
conditioned too much. For example, stress related to exams, even brilliant
students sometimes fail to perform because of the stress created by the
parents.

CN eGurukul for Kids (AM) #29/2025 - 21 July (Sat) 10.45am - 12nn

On Saturday, 21st July 2025, from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids held its 28th session of 2025, attended by eight children and their parents. The session began with Nithyananda Yoga, starting with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting. These practices purified the inner space, enabling participants to access the yogic state by visualizing their sankalpa to manifest intentions. The children practiced a series of Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK) asanas: Tadasana, Uttanasana, Tarakśvasana, Bhujangasana, Śaśasana, Rathasana, Virabhadrasana, Vrkśasana, and Garudasana. Guided with focus, they aligned physical movements with inner awareness, fostering calm and clarity.

The second part explored the powerful cognition topic, “Avoid Negative Thoughts to Ensure Free Flow of Energy in You.” The discussion highlighted how negative words and thoughts darken our world, creating uncertainty and chaos, closing us off like a rock and blocking joy. In contrast, positive words and thoughts act like a light, opening us to beauty, unity, love, and learning. The children explored this through water crystal experiments, where water exposed to positive, loving words formed beautiful hexagonal patterns, while negative, angry words produced cloudy, muddy crystals. This mirrored the mind, emphasizing the need to consistently use positive words and thoughts to uplift life’s manifestations. The teaching underscored that a person’s personality is shaped by their thoughts, with negative thoughts acting as barriers that repel positive experiences. By cultivating positive thinking, the children learned to ensure a free flow of energy, enhancing their well-being and potential.

The session concluded with the chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving participants uplifted. The children and parents departed with yoga practices and insights into the transformative power of positive thoughts, empowered to foster an open, vibrant inner space.
