*eGurukul (English) Lesson #44/2025, dated Sunday, 2nd Nov @ 3-5 pm*

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 5 kids & 4 parents.

We began the first segment with Charya Pada – living a conscious lifestyle, where children first offered Sri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam in gratitude and devotion for happening in their lives and manifesting through us.

In the second segment after Guru puja, Ma Parameshwari led them into Nithyananda Yoga practice of Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama (DVK) which began with the ritualistic cleansing - tattvacharamaniyam followed by Sankalpa chanting. Ma Parameshwari prepared their bodies using a warm-up in the Skeleton dance and practised the following yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama: Kocikasana, Jathara Parivrtti 1, 2, 3, Dvipadapitham, Paryankasana, Svottanasana, Viprita Karani, Langalasana and finally easing in Shivasana for deep relaxation.
Next, we continued with Lesson #1 of Living of Enlightenment with topic of Cmparison. This lesson introduced the children the powerful cognition – Why compare? You are Unique! Emotions of fear, desire and guilt are subjective emotions. Subjective emotions you do not need another person or even an object to create these emotions. But to compare yourself with another person and to feel jealous of him, you need the presence of another person. Jealousy is therefore an objective emotion. It needs an object to be activated. Jealously starts from comparison. We compare ourselves with others in various areas like looks, wealth, knowledge, fame, friends etc. When we compare ourselves with others we feel that somebody else has something more than what we have and we get caught in jealously. Comparison is the seed and jealously is the fruit. When we are not able to beat other's excellence, we get jealous Comparison and Jealousy are both actually non-existent we create them ourselves. Comparison is purely a fragment of our imagination. We are so busy comparing all the time that we never see things as they are. Comparison has a purely negative existence. Comparison is pure illusion. We all function around the three axes of doing, having and using. Doing for having. Reason for comparing: We compare ourselves because we have never understood ourselves. We are not aware of who we are and what we have. The society has conditioned us from our birth to evaluate ourselves based on others. Every judgment you make about yourself is based on some comparison. without enjoying being, is the sole cause of all our misery. Imagine you are the only person on a new planet, how could you compare yourself with any one? When there is no one to compare our self, we just are happy with our self. Each individual is unique. We need to understand that truth. But that is a very bitter fruit. In the art activity of the day, the children placed the pencil in the middle of the paper and move the paper in different directions instead of moving the pencil – inferring changing the method of application changes the drawing. Similarly when we change our view we can stop comparing.

In the final segment, we resumed the power of Body Scanning Level 8 – healing others’ problems. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children and parents scanned ma Shraddharupa’s and solutions. Finally, it was time to conclude the lesson, we closed by chanting the poorna mantra.

CN eGurukul for Kids #41/2025

On Saturday, 1st Nov 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids held its 40th session of 2025, attended by one child and his parent. The session opened with Guru Puja, offering gratitude to our guru, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism (SPH) Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, establishing a sacred and focused atmosphere.

The second segment featured Nithyananda Yoga, beginning with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by the ritualistic cleansing of tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting. These practices purified the inner space, preparing the participant for yoga by visualizing their sankalpa to manifest intentions. A skeleton dance warmed up the body, leading into the Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK)asanas:Padmasana,Padmasana 2,Kukkutasana,,Baddhakeki Asana. We did Trinetra Kumbhaka, to strengthen their resonatory system.

The third part aims to help children develop a cognitive shift in their understanding of “pain,” and to learn how to responsibly transform and release the energy of pain so that it can be used for more creative purposes.
Pain can be physical, mental or emotional. Physical pain is a basic necessity for the body. Just imagine, if we could feel no pain in our body we might accidentally hurt ourselves or start styling our faces, hands, and legs the way we style our hair today! Actually, pain is a letter of request, written by the body to the mind, saying, ‘Please pay attention to me!’ because attention is energy. When attention is given to a particular area, that attention becomes energy for that area. When the body communicates pain, it is actually asking for attention or energy, which willing help it heal. Mental or emotional pain is the you feeling that arises when you are faced with something you don’t like. Research shows that emotional pain can deeply disturb the physical body. For example, the psychological feelings that arise with sexual repression can result in lower back disorders, or the pain of shouldering too much responsibility can cause pain in the shoulders. Whether the pain is physical or emotional, an important thing you need to understand is that pain is always born from resistance to the present moment..

The fourth part focused on Power Manifestation of body scanning, themed “family scanning” .

The session concluded with the chanting of the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving the participants uplifted. The child and parents departed with practical yoga techniques, a deeper awareness of the impact of words, and the empowered experience of using their 3rd eye, equipped to create a positive inner and outer reality.

例如,性壓抑帶來的心理感受,可能引起下背部的問題;

*eGurukul (English) Lesson #43/2025, dated Sunday, 26th Oct @ 3-5 pm*

Today’s eGurukul lesson was attended by 4 kids & 3 parents.

Ma Parameshwari prepared their bodies using a warm-up in the Skeleton dance and practised the following yogasanas from Dvithiya Vinyasa Krama: Anantasana, Ankusasana, Shivasana, Drsasana, urdhvapascimatanasana, Anantasana, Ankusasana, Yoga Nidra asana, Atmarama asana and finally easing in Shivasana for deep relaxation.
Next, we continued with lesson #7 of Living of Enlightenment with topic of GUILT. This lesson introduced the children the powerful cognition – Guilt Vs Gratitude. If you are caught in guilt, we can never feel connected to life. The only way to overcome guilt is to start melting with gratitude. When you accept things as they are you can experience the causeless happiness and blessings. Gratitude is the fragrance than can pervade your inner space and replace the smell of guilt. With guilt it becomes impossible to celebrate life. Guilt sits on our heart like a rock. We become heavy and frozen. It does not allow us to be free to dance, sing, laugh and love. Enjoy every moment as every moment is auspicious. You are who you are. Just be in the moment and unclutch from the past and future. Guilt creates a dent in our inner space but gratitude expands our inner space. Guilt is like being stuck in a whirlpool while surrender is the only way out of the whirlpool. Guilt happens due to reviewing the past incidents with updated intelligence. When we surrender everything to the ultimate intelligence in gratitude, we lose the pattern that we have created from the past and are relieved of the guilt. When we have gratitude we will always have the opinion that the grass on our side is green. We have everything in us. Everything happening around us is precious and auspicious. In the activity of the day, the children wrote down the guilt they carried in the past on paper and did a completion to drop the guilt at the Guru’s feet.

In the final segment, we resumed the power of Body Scanning Level 8 – healing others’ problems. At first, we reviewed the 3 pramanas of this power, then the children and parents scanned ma Durga’s problem and the healing was Swamiji will take care. Finally, it was time to conclude the lesson, we closed by chanting the poorna mantra.

CN eGurukul for Kids #40/2025

On Saturday, 25th Oct 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids held its 40th session of 2025, attended by four children and her parent.

A skeleton dance warmed up the body, leading into the Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK)asanas:Padmasana,Padmasana 2,Kukkutasana,Makarasana,Salabhasana,Ustrasana,Dhanurasana,Bhaga Asana. We did Trinetra Kumbhaka, to strengthen their resonatory system.

The third part aims to help children develop a cognitive shift in their understanding of “pain,” and to learn how to responsibly transform and release the energy of pain so that it can be used for more creative purposes.
Pain can be physical, psychological, or emotional. Physical pain is a basic need of the body.
This week’s focus is on psychological and emotional pain — the kind of pain that arises when one faces something they dislike and experiences an inner reaction.
Research shows that emotional pain can deeply affect the body. For example, the stress of taking on too much responsibility may cause shoulder pain.
Whether the pain is physical or emotional, one important truth remains: pain always comes from resistance to the present moment.
Through guided questioning, children are encouraged to reflect on the theme of pain, develop a new understanding of it, and take responsibility for their experiences. They learn to build an empowered relationship with the energy of pain — to transform and release it — so that it can be redirected toward more creative purposes.
