CN eGurukul for Kids (AM) #40/2025
On Saturday, 4th October 2025, from 10:45 AM to 12:00 PM SGT, the Chinese eGurukul for Kids (Morning Session) held its 40th session of 2025, attended by two children and their parents. The session opened with Sri Guru Puja, offering gratitude to our beloved Guru, the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, fostering oneness with Paramashiva, the source of life. The second part featured Nithyananda Yoga, beginning with the Shiva Mula Mantra, followed by tattvacharamaniyam and Sankalpa chanting to purify the inner space and activate intention manifestation. The children practiced Prathama Vinyasa Krama (PVK) asanas: Anghuśtasana, Saurasana, Vidhunanasana, Brahma Jurankuśa Asana, Kapilasana, Bhadragorakha Asana, Surya Asana, Mandukasana , Uttana Mandukasana, Simhasana, Bhadrasana II, Kakabhusandi Asana, Kanipava Asana and Kapali Asana, along with Pranayama (tuning breath) and Bandha (energy locks), aligning body and mind for focus and calm.
The third part explored the powerful cognition topic, “Desire Knowledge and action should always be in tune with the desire energy.” The discussion emphasized that, “When you are honest and integrated with the desire, there is no conflict.” Pure desire energy, or iccha shakti, arises from the navel, transforms into desire in the heart, speech in the throat, and knowledge or action in the brain. The powerful cognitions stated, “If the energy is not processed and changed properly, the knowledge and action become disconnected.” Needs, like clothing and shelter, differ from greed-driven wants, such as excessive desires. Balanced conversion of desire energy prevents overthinking or blind action, fostering harmony. The final part involved manifesting 3rd eye power, where children experienced oneness with Paramashiva to read pictures, colours, numbers and text, enhancing their spiritual connection.
The session concluded with the Om Purna Mantra, expressing gratitude and leaving participants uplifted. They departed with Nithyananda Yoga practices, insights into aligning desire, knowledge, and action, and the empowering experience of 3rd eye manifestation.
