My patient tidied my shirt for me.

After months of physio, finally she had spare energy to look after and do good for others, after doing her stand to sit without ‘falling’ backward (she has Parkinsonism, simple task like stand to sit is a constant fear for her).

Often, what our elders really want is to be able to take care of themselves, and then take care of their loved ones.

Family, caregivers and physios are there to enable them to help themselves and their loved ones.

So touched by her act.

Finally could find time to post.

Can’t believe that I am on the road again, this time a work trip of close to 5 weeks, travelling to 3 countries (5 if including transits), working with some amazing national athletes to chase their dreams. First leg done with cheers and pride, now onward to the second leg of hard work+rest.

Will be back soon to help you become fitter to chase your dream.

[Abu Dhabi Work Trip]

Yes, I am on a work trip to Abu Dhabi (not for F1! 🤣) with a national team. Travelling with a team of committing and dedicated athletes and officials is definitely exciting with loads to learn. Looking forward to what may come the next few days.

That would also mean that I would only see you at the end of December after I come out of SHN. Fortunately Heartland Physio's patients and their family members as as committing and dedicated in terms of doing rehab exercises, so that road to recovery is within sight. See you in better shapes when I come back.

Will come back as a better physio to help you recover and bounce back!

Meantime an advanced Merry Christmas everyone!
