There are seasons in life when you realise your spark isn’t where you left it. The things that used to light you up feel muted, like someone quietly turned the volume down on your joy. You still show up, still do what needs to be done, but the laughter doesn’t come as easily, and excitement feels like something you watch other people experience.
Sometimes it happens slowly - stress piling up, responsibilities growing heavier, disappointments reshaping you in ways you didn’t notice at first. Other times it’s burnout, heartbreak, comparison, or simply the quiet erosion that comes from putting yourself last for too long.
Losing your spark doesn’t mean you’ve become dull or ungrateful; it often means you’ve been surviving. And survival mode doesn’t leave much room for play. If you feel this way, you’re not broken - you’re human. The spark isn’t gone forever. It’s just tired, waiting for rest, for care, for something gentle enough to remind it how to glow again.
We navigate this stage with many clients. Let's find your bloom again.
