✅ White rice is stripped of its bran and germ, leaving just the endosperm. It’s then processed to improve taste, extend shelf life and enhance cooking properties.

‼ Brown rice is more nutritious than white rice, but most white rice in the US and other countries is enriched to increase its nutritional value.

‼ Brown rice contains more nutrients than white rice, and it may also be more favorable for blood sugar levels, heart disease risk, and weight control.
