Why must we have a healthy breakfast diet? Here are a few reason why!

Eating a healthy breakfast give us more energy! Do you ever eat a carb-based breakfast which makes you feel sluggish or lethargic during the day, including at night? That shouldnt be the way!

We should focus on vitamin and minerals during breakfast instead of high carbs or high protein breakfast and 90% of Singaporean and eating wrong!

Do you know? Eating a healthy breakfast helps to lose weight and to maintain to your desire weight? How? It increases metabolism rate.

Do you know having sufficient nutrition in our body helps keep our focus, including during school time and thus giving us better concentration?

Lastly, it helps to reduce viruses from attacking our body. It's important in times of Covid and Omicron!
