Rethink and Act Hi, I'm Jennifer. I can help you regain your health and happiness after rheumatoid arthritis. So I studied and went back to uni.

Before being diagnosed with RA, my diet was predominantly processed food, fish, chicken, Asian food, not a lot of vegetables but I did have avocado on wholemeal bread almost daily. When I had my chronic inflammation, I was encouraged to look at my diet. When I did Rethink about my diet and Act, my pain reduction from high to no pain was amazing. Which got me curious about the 'Why' and 'How' that

eating Whole Food Plant Based could change my health outcome. Apart from my living experience, I have Certificates in Food Science and Nutrition, Rheumatoid Arthritis: Exercises for Hands. All Certificates will be shown on request to my clients. My goal now is to help others get their healthy self back. Having RA or any chronic inflammation does not mean that the cards that you are dealt with, you should keep or fold. I would love to show you how to change those cards.
