Our team at FoodNet International organised a three specialists team, heading to to work alongside with our client to commission the state of the art central kitchen...

Within a five days week, each of us took on our specialists role

1) Conduct HACCP Analysis and Implement HACCP System
2) Conduct Technical Training to the Team
3) Commission the Central Kitchen with Equipment
4) Conduct Site Audits for Construction and Fitting to ensure the appointed builders and consultants complete the job as planned.

At FoodNet International, our team possess diverse qualifications, experience and expertise to support our client's operations in many ways... We believe in Continuous Improvement to ensure we possess the capabilities and knowledge to value add to our Client's operations not just a pen pusher consultancy works...

This morning, we had the opportunity to conduct a training session with the core kitchen teams of Wine Connection (Singapore). Being able to engage directly with the chefs and supervisors who run the kitchens is always the most meaningful part of our work.
𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒅𝒂𝒚-𝒕𝒐-𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.

After working closely together for the past year through regular outlet audits, it was the right time to come together, realign our positions, and strengthen our shared direction moving forward.

It was a great session filled with practical discussions, shared experiences, and a strong sense of commitment from everyone involved.
When teams come together with a common objective, progress becomes natural.

Today we complete the hand over of a gelato factory in Singapore...

Our team was task to handle the entire scope of work from the designing of the workflow and premise, renovation and application of the statutory licenses for the 2000 square feet of space

Its super busy time for us here at FoodNet International as we work relentlessly to make things happen so we could complete and handover projects before the Lunar New Year 2026 in February..

Another make over in the process..

Our team took over a site this morning we are going to turn this premise into a full fledged central kitchen...

At first site, the premise seemed very run down and dirty, but i always think it is only at this state, the takeover fees would be meaningful...

At first sight, we are seeing numerous kitchen equipment that are beyond repair, exhaust system that is choked with grease, and drains that are shallow and still water everywhere because of no gradient by the previous operator..

Nonetheless, we are going to work very hard to make sure it is operational and fulfill all licensing requirements...

FoodNet International is pleased to congratulate Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on the successful Official opening of their new manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru.
This milestone marks Otsuka’s very first production site in Malaysia and represents a strategic step forward in supporting regional demand for the key ingredients used in their well-known Pocari Sweat beverage.
The project was delivered in under a year, driven by the dedicated oversight of Foodnet International and the leadership of Dato Charles Chen, who served as the appointed Project Manager.

Through close coordination, rigorous quality standards, and disciplined ex*****on, the facility is now fully prepared to begin operations.

We extend our warmest congratulations to the Otsuka team for reaching this significant achievement.

Our Team has completed a premise that specialises in the handling of Sushi and Ready to Eat Sashimi Grade Salmon..

The RTE Salmon required high care from the receiving, storage, degutting, cutting, trimming, filleting and slicing and the design of the premise must be able to uphold the integrity of the finished products.

Our team first develop the design of the premise, construction, applied the relevant license and we will be walking down the journey of food safety by implementing the ISO22000 food safety management system with the client..

Another great project before 2025 comes to a full stop.

Jubang F&B Holdings Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of FoodNet International Holdings Pte Ltd together with our Joint Venture Partner, Da Shi Jia Big Prawn Mee (大食家大大大虾面), a Michelin BIB Gourmand Distinction eatery expanding slowly but surely in Seoul, Korea, with our first outlet in Seongsu which opens on the 5th June 2025 and our second outlet in Yeongnam which opens today on the 24th November 2025 at 2pm local time.

We continue to seek F&B brands which fits our portfolio and meets two pre-requisites...

(1) The concept must be able to scale as we are not interested to just do a few outlets but we want to expand with our partners into a sizable F&B chain of outlets

(2) The concept must be sustainable and not just a fashion fad.

Currently, we are focusing on South Korea and Greater China for the brands that we are in negotiation with.
