A 77 yo.male with painless progressive jaundice and weight loss for few weeks, CT examination showed distal CBD ill-defined mass size about 15-16mm obstruction of distal bile duct. ERCP showed distal/mid CBD stricture about 15mm in length, upstream CBD dilatation, EST and brush cytology, intraductal Bx with fully cover self expandable metallic stent, diameter 10mm, 80mm long was deployed for relieving jaundice during await for pathologic result.
