30ml unsweetened almond milk

Spicy Tuna: canned tuna in olive oil, sliced chili padi, onion
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients – Chicken
500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup almond flour
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp heavy cream (optional for richer coating)
3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil (for pan-frying)
Ingredients – Veggies
200g broccoli florets
150g cauliflower florets
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
