🔹 1. Warm-up (5 min): Incline 8-10 | Speed 3.5-4
👉 Start slow, let your body warm up, and activate your knees & ankles!

🔹 2. Fat-Burning Session (35 min): Incline 12-15 | Speed 4.5-5.5
✅ Keep your core tight, lean slightly forward, and engage your glutes!
🔥 Target heart rate: 60%-70% (breathing hard but still able to talk)
⚠️ Holding onto the handles reduces calorie burn! Lower the incline if needed.

🔹 3. Cool-down (5 min): Incline 5 | Speed 3-3.5
💧 Gradually lower the incline & speed, control your breath, and stretch your calves & hamstrings!
