My band system for bicep curls and arm raises broke mid workout yesterday.
The board holding the bands broke and flew upwards.
I couldnt fix it on the spot because of my one-handedness 😅.
Instead of crying about it, I immediately switched to my set of dumb bells for exercise.
Although I take a much longer time to strap the dumbbells onto my affected hand, I can continue forging on.
Doing it on today too! Nothing can stop me from working out daily.
I will reap my reward.
