How to drink Lovlin Bird's Nest & the best time to drink.

� The best time you can drink Lovlin Bird's Nest is 1 bottle every morning on an empty stomach or or 1 bottle before bed

� If you are on an Economy plan, drink 1 bottle every other day, meaning, if you have drunk 1 bottle on a Monday, then drink another on a Wednesday. On the other hand, if you are on a Progressive plan, you can drink 1 bottle every day of your chosen time (morning / night) as above. Lastly if you are on an Intensive plan, you can happily drink 2 bottles every day! � 1 bottle in the morning and another bottle before bed.

Pregnant women: Trim1st trimester - Not recommended because there is ginseng. (Ginseng is hot & helps dilute blood) * If you want to drink too, you can ... Cara minum Lovlin Bird's Nest & waktu terbaik untuk minum.

💁‍♀️ Masa terbaik yang anda boleh minum Lovlin Bird's Nest ialah 1 botol setiap pagi semasa perut kosong atau atau 1 botol sebelum tidur 🙋

Sekiranya anda berada dalam pelan Ekonomi, minum 1 botol setiap selang sehari, bermaksud, jika anda telah minum 1 botol pada hari Isnin, kemudian minum satu lagi pada hari rabu.

Sebaliknya, jika anda berada di pelan Progresif, anda boleh minum 1 botol setiap hari masa yang anda pilih (pagi/malam) seperti di atas.

Akhir sekali jika anda berada di pelan Intensif, anda dengan senang hati boleh minum 2 botol setiap hari! 💃 1 botol pada waktu pagi dan sebotol lagi sebelum tidur.
