Happy Earth Day🌱⁣

We hope you’re having a wonderful Thursday! If you haven’t already, take some time today to visit mother nature and ground yourself back to her, consider walking bare feet on the grass, letting go of any distractions you had from today and be present while you feel the connectedness with your surroundings. Use all your 5 senses to observe what is happening around you as you focus on being on the present. It can be a very healing process, feel free to give it a try!⁣

As we give thanks for this moment, let’s also continue to do our part to protect our planet. As mother earth takes care of us, we should also do our part to take care of her, so let’s work together to make a difference together, even a small change matters.⁣

Here are few things we can do to help:⁣
- Reduce, reuse, and recycle⁣
- Conserve water⁣
- Choose sustainable products⁣
- Keeping our areas clean⁣

🕉️ Om, technically spelt as 'aum', is the basic sound of the universe. This mantra and sacred sound is traditionally repeated at the beginning and end of a yoga practice.​

Chanting it symbolically and physically tunes us into the sound vibration and acknowledges our connection to everything in the world and the Universe.​

In this episode, find out more Sound Healing Therapy and the benefits that come from a session. Imagine lying in your favourite relaxed position and surrounded by soothing sounds, with vibrations permeating through your body. 😌 ​

Syahir and Nicole were treated to an experiential session of sound therapy by the amazing Sound Alchemist Yin Ling. The use of Tibetan singing bowls, pan flute, drums, and more, coupled with her strong yet calming voice, created a space of zen and absolute relaxation. If you’ve tried conventional therapies such as yoga, aromatherapy and meditation, and they are not cutting it for you, how about trying something new like sound therapy? 🎶​

Through consistent and focused practice, the mermaid🧜🏻‍♂️ has transformed to the King Pigeon! Way to go, Daryl 🙌🏻 ​ The King Pigeon pose is a deep backbend that puffs the chest, making one resemble a pigeon. 🦅​

Always remember to be sufficiently warmed-up before attempting any poses and use props such as the strap, whenever necessary.🌞​

Find out what is forest bathing and the differences between doing it yourself and with a guide.🌞​
