Itovi scan came up this oil for my Mr.. It's true he always cough and it gets worse after his episode of covid in Jan this year. Cold drinks makes him worse..

So I let him use... Surprisingly his cough lessen so much the next morning!! Now it's his bedtime routine to use this.

I asked for his feedback - he said he felt his lungs capacity increased. During his cycling trips he felt much better in breathing!

Came bk on Sat with fever. Saw Dr and it's viral infection. Fever and slight cough... Woke up on Sunday and had some appetite then spiral downwards from afternoon... Cried so hard cos upset he is likely to miss his sch excursion tomorrow.

Back to oiling with plenty of water, nxr and vit c...

I had a meniscus root tear repair surgery last week and have been using these oils to help..recovering well and on walking aid and leg brace probably for another 5 weeks! Will be changing oils once the bandage comes off next week to aid with the wound recovery!

Will post next on what supplements I have been taking post surgery!
