Health is the Only One 💖.
Most people do not realised, the Best DIET is simply, just by eating Whole natural food, or Natural Unprocessed Food.
What is Whole Natural Food?
For example,
▶️ In place of ham & sausages, opt for actual cuts of meat, egg, fish.
▶️ In place of store bought ice cream, tarts, muffins, chocolate, puff pastry etc, opt for healthy desserts in the form of Whole Natural Food, eg banana 🍌, coconut 🥥 milk, berries, etc.
You Do not need to always go for “fat free” or “sugar free” food in the daily diet.
▶️ Practise “eat in moderation”
✅ In place of eating Calories, go for nutritionally-dense food instead
✅ Target for a diverse and balanced Diet consistent on Whole Foods
✅ If the Diet is missing a nutrient, and it is supplemented, then the diet is no longer deficient.
✅ Consume whole natural food to Optimise the body’s Metabolism, Hormones and Gut Health, paving the way for muscles to be built up, and losing body fat.

日常饮食中不需要总是选择“无脂肪”或“无糖”食物。
▶️练习“适量饮食”
✅ 吃营养丰富的食物,而不是吃卡路里。
✅ 以与全食食品一致的多样化和均衡饮食为目标。
✅ 如果饮食中,缺少某种营养素,就把这缺口给补充了,那么饮食就不再🈶缺乏了。
✅ 食用全天然食物,以优化身体的新陈代谢、激素和肠道健康,也是为增强肌肉和减少体内脂肪铺平道路。
