Health is the Only One 💖.

Most people do not realised, the Best DIET is simply, just by eating Whole natural food, or Natural Unprocessed Food.

What is Whole Natural Food?
For example,
▶️ In place of ham & sausages, opt for actual cuts of meat, egg, fish.
▶️ In place of store bought ice cream, tarts, muffins, chocolate, puff pastry etc, opt for healthy desserts in the form of Whole Natural Food, eg banana 🍌, coconut 🥥 milk, berries, etc.

You Do not need to always go for “fat free” or “sugar free” food in the daily diet.
▶️ Practise “eat in moderation”

✅ In place of eating Calories, go for nutritionally-dense food instead
✅ Target for a diverse and balanced Diet consistent on Whole Foods
✅ If the Diet is missing a nutrient, and it is supplemented, then the diet is no longer deficient.
✅ Consume whole natural food to Optimise the body’s Metabolism, Hormones and Gut Health, paving the way for muscles to be built up, and losing body fat.

✅ 以与全食食品一致的多样化和均衡饮食为目标。
✅ 如果饮食中,缺少某种营养素,就把这缺口给补充了,那么饮食就不再🈶缺乏了。
✅ 食用全天然食物,以优化身体的新陈代谢、激素和肠道健康,也是为增强肌肉和减少体内脂肪铺平道路。

Having the wrong type of food as breakfast, will instantly lower ⬇️ your metabolic rate for the day.

❌ Bread 🥖 🍞 🥯
Most bread from the bakery stores could hold up to much as 500 calories, as they mainly comprise high-fat and high-sugar ingredients (cream, milk powder, refined sugar ➕ high content of fat), a pretty standard mixture of simple sugar and oil.

❌ Cereal (instant oats, or 3-in-1)
Usually a lot of sugar is added, which is far from the nutritious rolled oats, steel oats.

❌ Processed meat products
Bacon, ham, sausage, chicken nuggets, meat floss, etc. . The proportion of real meat is usually less than 50%, ie there is very low amount of protein afterall. More are additives, starch, oil, etc.

A basic and healthy breakfast combination could be…
✅ A small bowl of warm salad 🥗 (one portion of any fresh greens + 1 steamed sweet potato 🍠 + 2 cherry tomatoes 🍅 🍅 )
✅ 1 serving of boiled egg
✅ A piece of wholegrain bread (with fermented butter or pure almond spread or avocado)
✅ Sugar-free soy milk 🥛, or Kopi-O gosong, or Teh-O gosong

You’ll be surprised, this simple, time-saving and hassle-free breakfast recommendation covers the 6 essential nutrients needed for a complete meal.
1️⃣ Protein (eggs, soy milk)➕
2️⃣ Carbohydrates (wholegrain bread, sweet potato)➕
3️⃣ Fiber (fresh greens, sweet potato ) ➕
4️⃣ Fat (fermented butter or pure almond paste spread or 🥑)➕
5️⃣ Minerals (fresh vegetables, cherry tomatoes)➕

Anxiety 😥 and depression 😞😔 can have profound effects on physical health, including increasing the risk of

3️⃣ cancer, through various interconnected mechanisms, such as
👉🏻 Hormonal Imbalance
👉🏻 Inflammation
👉🏻 Unhealthy Coping Behaviours
👉🏻 Immune Dysfunction

Ignoring the symptoms of anxiety and depression can have serious consequences for physical health.

Chronic stress and negative emotional states can perpetuate a cycle of physiological dysfunction, leading to
⚠️worsened symptoms of anxiety and depression
⚠️increased risk of chronic diseases such as
❗️heart disease
❗️obesity, and
‼️cancer

Additionally, untreated mental health conditions can
-impair quality of life,
-decrease productivity,
-strain relationships, and

▶️ claimed its tender flesh surpasses that of regular oranges
▶️ has a thinner rind,
▶️ less residue
▶️ with little or no pith and seeds
▶️ with each juicy segment bursting with sweetness, making it a true "hybrid."
. I tasted it.. indeed boy!
🤤🤤 juicy yummy yum yum 😋

Red Beauty, also a premium mandarin 🍊 originated in Japan, and is grown on a plantation in Ningbo's Xiangshan county. These reddish beauties take at least three times as long to grow as compared with other mandarin orange varieties.

It’s definitely juicy high sugar fruit..
