📍 Location: Central, North East & West
💎 Working Hours: By Shift (6 days per week)
💎 Salary: Attractive Basic Pay + Sales Commission & Other Allowances
💎 Training Provided

Beautician Duties and Responsibilities:
✨ Perform professional beauty treatments to help the customers look and feel their best.
✨ Provide skin analysis and perform treatments such as cleansing, toning, exfoliating, massaging, and applying masks.
✨ Able to recommend appropriate facial products and treatments to customers.
✨ Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.

Customer Service Officer Duties and Responsibilities:
✨ Handle incoming walk-in customers, calls, customer service inquiries and appointment bookings.
✨ Address customer’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
✨ Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
✨ Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales.
✨ Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.

Requirement:
💥 At least 1 year of related experience
💥 Able to work as a team
💥 Willing to learn
