Hi, for the purpose of this page, this is one of my businesses.
I run top billing training classes and retreats worldwide. I am a highly sought after innerwork teacher, turnaround expert, peak performance coach, and business strategist.
As a transformation intervention expert, I’ve facilitated high figures turnaround outcomes for organisations/companies/businesses, and guided over 10,000 individuals in the last 13 years,
1. to break free of the constraints they've taken on effectively and efficiently with higher level of awareness and clarity,
2. to move through their interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts that are holding them back,
3. to enter into their true peak performance naturally,
4. to actualize their deepest callings and purposeful mastery.
My students and clients come from diverse backgrounds and complex ranks-roles power structure (due to confidentiality):

My journey began when I was 16 as I embarked onto an inner quest to discover the truths to the meaning of life. I learnt that we are the ultimate cause of our sufferings. Therefore, we can also become capable, with the right means and trainings, to get out of these sufferings we unconsciously choose to place ourselves in.
The methods of Getting Off The Wheel that I offer through my Work are First Principles based from my tutelage with field experts, polymaths, indegenious. My training classes are also trauma informed based on Process Oriented Psychology by late Arnold Mindell, Body Psychotherapy, Breath, Dreaming, Symptoms, Relationships, Conflicts, Coaching, Family/Group/Organisation Systems, Democracy, Physics, Consciousness, the Dao and Zen.
I have empowered and enhanced individuals to thrive with integrity, to seek for deeper truths within, to find true wealth, both materially and spiritually, while creating deep, purposeful, extraordinary, and fulfilling lives.
I am also the Principal Trainer of InnerWork Circle with trainers under my belt qualified to teach and run some of our rigorous flagship classes such as:
1. Money Mastery Accelerator (MMA): 2 days, in person group setting, working through relationships and blocks around cash, money, businesses/founders type of issues.
2. Healing Histories (HH): 10 week online group class run on Zoom since 2022 worldwide, to work through basic manifestation work, parental and family and cultural systems traumas with actual proven frameworks to examine life and healing the agreements we made consciously and unconsciously that no longer serve us and to create our a deep fulfilling lives that are based on our deep ethics and values in a more conscious design.
3. Coach Accelerator Programme (CAP): 6 months mix of group class in person and online a blend of innerwork and ICF accredited coach training programme run by my trainers who are also ICF master certified coaches) for those who aspire to become certified transformation coaches.
Occasionally, I will also run transformative peak performance group classes and overseas retreats at power spots areas in places like Japan, Florida, Thailand, Bali, South Korea, Hawaii, Kenya, inviting my 13 teachers (who are polymaths, experts and masters in their domains) that I've personally studied and trained under as our guest trainers to co-teach and to train my students into higher levels of mastery.
Regardless of our races, religions, socioeconomic statues, ranks, circumstances, and differences, we are all fundamentally spiritual beings having a human experience in our lifetime. In a blink of an eye, another lifetime would have come to pass. At the end of our lives, dust to dust, ashes to ashes. The question is this: Did we do everything that truly matter? Did we live and act in alignment to our deepest ethics and core essence? Did we learn the lessons we chose and came here for? Did we love deeply and voraciously in authenticity? Have we lived a worthwhile life?

In Singapore:
Published photobook with Fujifilm, documenting 572 lives transformed in "Masks of Singapore" workshops, a 6-month record set movement awarded for "Largest Display Masks Sculptured" under Guiness, Singapore Book of Records.
Created Dream Singapore (a 30-day recordset coaching movement with a documentary produced), 22 multimedia art films produced, developed, directed, curated and over 45 exhibitions under ThisConnect.today (2020-2021) to educate awareness on emotional literacy, mental wellness and su***de prevention. I've authored 4-book series “Threading Worlds: Conversations on Mental Health" with Penguin Random House, the only one published consecutively in a single sitting. Featured under Kirkus Reviews. Available in SEA Kinokuniya, Psychology shelf.

Over the years, I've travelled worldwide and facilitated deep democracy seminars with communities using art, coaching, bodywork and awareness developmental as one of the key mediums to move through existing intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts that run in the backgrounds of cultures and countries in order to heal and to bridge more harmony and peace.
