•What a way to start this fresh new December right ?!
So lucky to have both and around plus whom I met a year ago at OC !!

•It’s been a great night&NoGi training at FES last night , and hoping my dramatic bjj curve is at bouncing back point Nah ? 5555 🤭💛💪🏽❤️‍🔥

[14/08/2022] Mid-August Blast

•-Personally this half month has gone a bit more exciting ? intense ?? Or crazy at work…kkk but definitely very rewarding/fruitful and memorable to me !

•— -As a result, unavoidably my time spent at my favourite playground& “second home” has also been cut (心疼哦我🤦🏻‍♀️😹) a lot a lot …. ..
However, this has surprisingly made me way more grateful for the pleasance I have been possessing, for been able to participating/practicing and for been enjoying little happy&happier moments with buddies at training at my fav place !!!

•- —-Isn’t it wonderful to realise how you, yourself could be all-the-time automatically self-motivated while things going more interestingly challenging!? Trust me , it only makes life more and more enjoyable& valuable! shhhh this is a secret to be shared only ONCE 🤓🤫🤭 ..

••• Anyways guess God has heard my joy and decided to put me to today’s great seminar conducted by our lovely Teachers&& MMA Champs 🤩💪🏽❤️‍🔥 555 just kidding , God might be too busy to care about MMA , and the person I should really thank is dear Mia— for her sharing this event with me, which made today another remarkable page in month of August ! It could be both a compensation and reward for my past few busy-bee weeks.
Quite a lot fundamental MMA striking combos, technics/strategies as well as ample Takedown tips were taught to us, which were such a wonderful takeaway for myself!
Meanwhile, FINALLY I got chance to have the first two pics with Pandaaa 🐼 555 (gosh真的没想到自己这么害羞一直都没拍过，已经过了“初生牛犊不怕虎(/也不害羞)”的年纪了😹) ~~

••••——-••All in all, it has been a great and very productive Sunday so far , marking the past half August a Fabulous one, thanks everyone very much~ And wishing the coming weeks/months greater to everyone!! 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥🙏🏽❤️‍🔥

•Nothing new ,but refreshening mind,body and soul with my all-time-fav games under awesome Krus&Coaches as well as any beautiful souls sharing our playground there!!

••Staying actively sharp and keeping pushing&challenging myself(ourselves) would no doubtly be the BEST WAY to keep every single moment well-worthy 💪🏽😈❤️‍🔥
Ps- personally I believe it’s also the best weapon to kill any negativity from haters (those pathetic jerks—excuse my language kk) of you, and to build up the un-heck-able no-f**k-given vibes all day/year long!

x+==>Two great seminars and tons of wonderful moments happened in June were pocketed into my memory bank !!

Another Day to Mark — I guess March 2022 has been a super duper great month to me !!? 🤗💪🏼🥳❤️‍🔥

[2022-03-23 | Wednesday]

-It was a great great surprising night, and I lost my capability to describe my feelings.. .

-A little white stripe, my greatest skilful Professors, my badass/inspiring rolling squads, full house of non-stoppable hunting-for-growth vibes , making us the place to meet/ to learn/ to share skills& strength in order to motivate one another to keep moving forward!

-I have always been feeling more than grateful of being surrounded by great souls (both Teachers and rolling partners) along my bjj journey. Either 5years ago before pausing my bjj training, or 5year later my slow coming-back to the “gentle art” : I was and I am the luckiest one to be pushed, encouraged by all of those who have helped me. It means a lot to me, even I myself did not realise fully how much it made me conquer fears in life, believe in myself and glow with more self-love& long-term growth!!

-AND My special thanks will always go to the most inspiring Sensei Paul plus my dearest lady Jojo , those who have over successfully pulled my back to the mat and pushed me almost on day-to-day basis at the beginning period of my coming-back-to-the mat “trip” !
AND OF COURSE also to our best of best OC BJJ Teachers— Prof Almiro , Prof Thales , Prof Rodrigo , from whom I have learnt Tons. But I have felt myself getting “smaller and smaller” while taking in more and more “essences” from you ..🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤦🏻‍♀️🤣
So I promise I will surely work harder to balance it back , OSS !!!
