Kyeson's account of Indra's energy body working on him during this Saturday's Energy Alignment Group Meditation online event.

Kyeson was in Australia and Indra in Singapore.

"The best part for me is when you (Indra) connected the inner core part of my brain with the heart.. I've never done meditation like that before. I never had anyone connect the brain with the heart.

You know when you're stressed and you don't know it? But when it's released, then you feel the release? It felt like that to me. It felt like a lot of pressure leaving my body.. like everything's going to be ok.

We try to control everything of what's going on around us but we can't, but when you just release it and give it to the universe, you feel so much better."

- Jacqueline's experience of Saturday's online group session

"When you (Indra) do these sessions, your energy and calmness are transferred - it's like an energy or consciousness transfer. I get to feel how it is to be in that state of consciousness.. beautiful experience of relaxing.

And it gave insight to how our everyday life is anti-meditation. But you (Indra) talk from a state of consciousness, calmness and sensing.. these sessions make me want to be in that state 24/7"

- Lars' latest experience of Sunday's online group session

06/03/2022

"I really enjoy the quality of the energy, especially when I felt your (Indra's energy) hands coming and I'm really grateful of this very gentle and high vibrant energy because it makes it very easy for me to just let go and let the energy move wherever it wants. It was just beautiful to bathe in this energy and feel the body in this light energy.

It's very balanced throughout the whole body - like a sea with no waves.. very calm."

- Andrea's experience of Sunday's online group session

"This session was extremely calming and clearing. I can really feel the vibrations when my pain was going away... It was really beneficial."

My Balinese father's grandson passed away from COVID-19 yesterday, 4 March, the day after Nyepi - the Balinese new year day of silence. His name was Surya, which meant sun in Sanskrit. I've never met him before, but my Balinese dad said Surya had a smile that always lit up an entire room, just like his namesake, which is more than evident in this video where he was featured as this year's Pro Bali Ambassador.

Surya's words, in English:
"A warrior is not afraid of failures and always rises to carry on. My name is Surya, son of Agung"

Agung is a name of those of the warrior caste of Bali.

He was only 17.

You never realized how lucky you were until someone much younger than you, and seemingly healthier and happier, had his light dimmed from the world.

The recent years haven't been easy on everyone and I am more than fortunate to experience motivation to move on lately.

In the same phone call with my Balinese dad, he spoke of Peter Tosh's song, Pick Myself Up, about starting all over again despite how many times you fail in life.

Life can be overwhelmingly disheartening and painful at times, but feeling lucky that I'm still alive while a boy less than half my age is about to be cremated reminds me that there's still fire within me that refuses to be extinguished by the challenges of life.

What else can I do, besides making the best out of what I have right now?

What if doing the best that I could resulted in failure? At least I did it and became better by learning from the failure.

I learn nothing by not taking chances.

Not taking chances only gave me missed opportunities.

I've learned that missed opportunities are much more painful than failures.

"Best internal massage EVER... I'm going through a lot of dark times recently, which brought me away from my inner peace and love.. and I felt like you helped bring me closer to my true self and soul, and a lot of dirt and layers got peeled off.. Thank you, Indra."

- Emil Gosch's experience of last week's Qi Activation Group Meditation

A realized being does not identify himself as his body, therefore realizes that he was never born, and thus doesn't die. The human body is a continuation of nature. Nature is a continuation of the incomprehensible yet ever present consciousness. Countless bodies have come and gone, but consciousness is always here.

Thích Nhất Hạnh is conscious.

~ Indra

-----------------------------------------

"This body is not me; I am not caught in this body, I am life without boundaries, I have never been born and I have never died. Over there, the wide ocean and the sky with many galaxies all manifests from the basis of consciousness. Since beginningless time I have always been free. Birth and death are only a door through which we go in and out. Birth and death are only a game of hide-and-seek. So smile to me and take my hand and wave good-bye. Tomorrow we shall meet again or even before. We shall always be meeting again at the true source. Always meeting again on the myriad paths of life." - Thích Nhất Hạnh

It’s not uncommon to meet meditators who seem capable of reading minds. They’re not mind readers, it’s just that their acceptance of their own flaws has birthed empathy for others. Meditation helps one to be at peace with one’s imperfections and this leads to being at peace with others’ imperfections too. This increases one’s capacity for relating to others without judgment.

Judgment clouds the truth. A mind humbled by meditation and no longer judgmental can see others like a clear sky, and thus seems like mindreading.

HOW NOT TO BE TRIGGERED BY OTHERS DURING COVID-19

It's apparent now that people everywhere are extra edgy. And it's easy to get triggered by such people, as it is easy for them to get triggered by you.

Negativities are easily brought to the surface - a typical phenomena of stress and depression - due to the global distress. We turn nasty by taking any opportunity to vent that unpleasantness, which usually happens when we react to someone else being unpleasant.

What does this tell us?
We are letting others' negativities affect us.
We are reacting.

Reacting is a lower mode - you only react because others' faults only remind you of your own.

One who has no more impatience is not bothered by an impatient another.

Blaming is a form of self-denial. Take responsibility during this time to reflect on what others do that triggers you and accept that you share the same issues, then do personal work to resolve yourself.

You don't have to try to change others, because it will backfire.

Just focus on yourself. Accept yourself and your own shortcomings without being hard on yourself - do so with the same kindness that you freely give to your dearest.

As you bathe in your own kindness, things that trigger you begin diminishing.

Anger is part of everyone’s emotional compass, helping us navigate the contingencies of life. Anger signals that we are being threatened, injured, deprived, robbed of rewards and expectancies. HOW NOT TO FEEL LONELY DURING COVID-19

Having company is wonderful, but over dependence on it ironically makes one lonely inside. It's a common sentiment to be surrounded by many people yet still feel isolated.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted restrictions on social gatherings and one finds oneself facing a diminishing social landscape. If one allows this to turn into frustration, it will breed disharmony in one's own relationship with the self.

Hence, now is the perfect time to embrace solitude instead of anguishing in loneliness. Solitude and loneliness are separated by a thin line but they couldn't be more worlds apart.

Loneliness is a feeling of abandonment, whilst solitude is being embraced by the world in privacy.

Take the reducing social events as an opportunity to understand yourself. There may be moments that are confronting, especially when you face unpleasant memories of yourself - but you'll soon realize that they're just memories.

Whatever unpleasantries encountered in the mind are just distant echoes of the past repeating themselves like a recording on playback mode, but this time you have no one to distract you from seeing this.

Now you see that loneliness is a choice, a state of mind... a fantastic sense of imagination.

Now you can live with yourself better after seeing past all of that.

Now you enjoy your own company more than anyone else's.
